The balcony was the best part of the stay. Watched the sunset and enjoyed a glass of wine on our balcony before going out to the Christmas markets. Breakfast in the morning was sufficient, and the staff were helpful.

Great location on a slightly quieter street but close enough to the main attractions. Rooms were nice and large with big windows and lots of storage space. The roof top terrace is a really nice spot but unfortunately there was no bar although you can get drinks from reception that you can then take them up to terrace. My only criticisms were that it was obvious in places that the hotel rooms would eventually need renovation, the shower was also over a bath which I don't particularly like and it did not have very much pressure. I expected a better shower for the hotel star rating. Also there was a good breakfast selection but some of the hot items were quite cold including my coffee. I suspect that this was because the air conditioning was turned up really high so everything in the room turned cold quite quickly. Overall this is a very pleasant hotel at a reasonable price. Staff were friendly and helpful too. I feel that with a few changes this could go from a good hotel to an excellent one although I would be happy to stay here again.
