Comfortable and convienent location. Few pubs around but some are well hidden ! stumbled on a traditional Czech drinking hall in a courtyard just along the road but no signs or advertisment that it was there !

Fantastic hotel

Lovely quiet hotel with friendly reception staff; our room was spotless and we had a fantastic breakfast each morning with a great selection of hot and cold food. Ideally located with Charles Bridge and the Old Town both walkable in less than fifteen minutes plus good links to public transport if you'd prefer.

Fantastic hotel - don’t both looking at others, book this one. Spotlessly clean, such welcoming staff and a very high standard of fixtures and fittings. Comfortable huge bed, walk in shower with lovely techy lighting. Just - wow,!loved it.

We recently booked the Presidential Apartment via Expedia to accommodate six guests. Based on the listing, which stated the apartment was 2,422 sq ft and classified as a "Presidential Apartment," we were all excited and looked forward to a comfortable and spacious stay. Unfortunately, upon arrival, we were deeply disappointed. The apartment did not appear to come close to the advertised square footage, and shockingly, it had no curtains—raising serious privacy concerns. I immediately contacted Expedia to express our dissatisfaction and request a room change. Expedia reached out to the hotel and spoke with the manager, Paul, who said that the only available alternative room could only accommodate four people—not six. He also informed us that, despite our valid concerns, we would still be charged for the first night since we had already checked in. After a long drive from Vienna, it was late in the afternoon, and we were left with no suitable options. While we were at dinner, Sara at the front desk called to say the hotel was willing to waive the first night’s charge if we found another hotel. However, by that time, it was already close to 8:00 PM, and too late to secure alternative accommodations for our entire group. This experience was frustrating, especially given the misleading listing and the lack of meaningful support to resolve the issue. We hope Expedia and the hotel management take this feedback seriously to ensure future guests are not similarly misled.

Myself and family recently stayed at a deluxe 1-bedroom, 1-hall apartment that included 1 full bath and 1 half bath, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The customer service at this establishment is truly exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the staff were friendly, accommodating, and eager to assist with any request. They made me feel welcome and valued throughout my stay. The apartment itself was spacious and immaculately clean. The entire building had a brand-new feel to it. Safety was clearly a priority, which added to the peace of mind during my stay. Bathrooms were spacious, spotless, and stocked with quality toiletries. It felt luxurious and was maintained impeccably. Enjoyed a delicious breakfast, the quality of food was great. Daily room cleaning ensured that the apartment remained pristine throughout my stay, which I greatly appreciated. Overall, this accommodation is perfect for families. The combination of spacious rooms, great amenities, and a welcoming atmosphere makes it an ideal choice for anyone looking to enjoy a comfortable and memorable stay. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
