Fantastic location within 10 minutes walk of all the main tourist spots, with a great range of restaurants and cafes nearby. Room was clean and comfortable, and the staff couldn't have been more helpful and spoke excellent English. Thank you for a great stay in Prague!

Our stay was very nice. Good location and the reception staff were friendly. The room was clean and warm. The shower needs to be upgraded. Toiletries provided, as well as tea and coffee, but no milk for the tea and only one creamer per coffee. We found our room very noisy. The walls are very thin so bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper. The noise was caused by other guests, not road/traffic noise.

On arrival, first impressions were excellent. Helpful staff made checking in easy. The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. There was a small fridge which is a convenience I like to have. The breakfast selection was extensive and the industrial pod coffee machine produced pretty good coffee. We had to leave early for a tour one morning and the reception team organised for us to have breakfast earlier than the opening time. Super helpful. Location was great.
