(almost) Everything was amazing. The first receptionist we met was so so so nice, I don’t remember his name but he was great. That same night, i started to get sick so i asked for an extra blanket because the radiator was acting up, and the receptionist (a different person than the first one) denied giving me one, but ended up giving it to me later, which I found odd. The water also acted up in our bathroom and (the cool first receptionist) was unable to turn the tv to english or set subtitles, so we learned a little bit of czech.
The hotel was great. It was clean and had friendly staff. Lots of variety of food options available by the hotel. The downside is this hotel is pretty far from Prague 1 tourist attractions if walking. It is a 10-15 minute cab ride. During my stay there was some very noisy guests but this is not the hotels fault just inconsiderate guests. Overall great value for your money.
This hotel room was not having sufficient curtains on the windows which means a lot much light at night. Smokers smoke around the corner of the hotel and so when you open the window all smell come inside which is disgusting. The road is so busy and so vehicle sound all day and night. Not recommending this hotel at all.
