Mixed review...just short of excellent.
Very functional hotel with great availability of services. Prompt and reasonable priced food and beverages at hotel lobby bar/restaurant. Very attentive staff. Access to the tram to take us directly into the center of Prague was just a couple of stairs away. Parking was ample and secure.The only thing I found that was not excellent was the room decor. The room decor was very modern bordering on harsh. Very functional, but not warm or inviting. The sitting room/second room in the suite was akin to a detention cell.

Very nice and clean hotel. Bright colours and modern interior. Nice staff, particular the staff in the restaurant ♥️ regrettably the freeze in the room did not work, and it didn't help to inform the reception about the problem. Otherwise a lovely hotel which I want to revisit.

Everything was great... except the wifi
Very clean, spacious room. Breakfast was lovely. Unfortunately wifi signal did not reach our room or work in our room... that was a bit dissapointing.

Clean, good hotel with decent amenities. Comfortable. Close to airport. Note that it indicated an airport shuttle. What this means is they call a taxi for you.

Tight quarters to get car around parking lot. Recommend NOT using a Pickup Truck. Way too tight. Hotel was also under construction. €10 per night for parking on premises. Interior of the hotel was fenominal. Excellent. Loved the interior. Room was very cosy.

Good value for money
I recommend only deluxe room, smaller is much worse. Deluxe room is big and comfy. I like coffee maker in room. Lot of parking spaces but sometimes it can be tricky Nice breakfast

We just had one huge disappointment when the hotel could not give us a room close to our children's room, and with small kids that was a big issue for us. Adriaan at the reception was wonderful, the level of service he provides is stellar. The rooms were clean and the vibe in the hotel was good.

I’ll be back!
The service was wonderful at front desk. We booked at the last moment and needed three beds. The room that was available only had one bed made up and not the other. The front desk clerk said if it wasn’t done to please let him know and they would get it fixed right away. We left for dinner and came back to find everything was as he promised. The hotel was extremely clean, very nice-looking, amenities were wonderful. I have nothing bad to say about this hotel.

This is a very nice hotel. We stayed here because it was "close" to the airport. The hotel was clean, spacious and safe.There was a heat/air condition unit on the wall, but we didn't actually use it. If you are not looking for a hotel in the city center, this may be a place for you. It is about 1 hour on public transportation from the airport, which I would say is the only downside.

It is a little noisy. Between other guests and street noise. But it is a beautiful hotel. Clean and comfortable. Close to the tram for easy transportation.
