The hotel is ideally located and within walking distance of many attractions. The rooms are spacious and well equipped. No air conditioning but the hotel provided fans. There could be an improvement made to breakfast as it lacks variety but it is adequate. The outstanding member of staff would be Petr who runs the outside bar. Welcoming and friendly, we spent a lot more at the bar due to his engaging manner. Overall, it was a great stay and we will be back.

We didnt know what to expect based on the pictures but this was probably the best find. The hotel has lots of charm, comfy rooms, a super friendly and knowledgeable staff, and the free breakfast was amazing! I’d already shared the great experience with a few friends and pretty certain they will be booking with you in the future!

Our thanks to all the hotel employees for the wonderful time we had .The friendliness of the staff seems genuine and outstanding. Such a pretty, authentic building. We stayed in a Royal Double - huge room! Breakfast was fantastic - continental as well as hot food on offer. Great little bar to relax after a day's jaunt. Minutes from Charles Bridge - with some Set-Jetting enroute (Mission Impossible scenes!). Staff were wonderful. Highly recommend this hotel

One of my favorite hotels!!! The decorations are very cool, the rooms are very nice and the beds are great. But the staff is truly the best, the front desk, housekeeping, and the breakfast buffet staff!!! This is the best hotel in prague and the location is perfect for everything!!!
