A gem of a hotel close to city centre
We had a wonderful 4 night stay at this lovely hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfasts were amazing - plenty of choice. Walking distance to Charles bridge or very close to tram stop. We will happily recommend this hotel and we look forward to another stay when back in Prague.

The room is spacious and clean. Great location and friendly staff. The free buffet breakfast is tasty and has a variety of food. The only thing I am quite disappointed with is the wifi in the room is not stable that I have to use my own 4G data.

Nice and cozy room with a possibility to cook. The only annoying thing was a noisy fan in the bathroom, but this is not a big problem as it switches off after turning the bathroom light off.

A very pleasant stay in a quieter part of the city. No air conditioning, but the windows opened to keep us cool. No view, but it was a lovely bright and airy room.

Great place, great location
My wife and I really enjoyed this place! It's in a great location in the heart of the city, it has a nice kitchenette and an excellent breakfast. It's not new, but it has charm and the staff is excellent. Highly recommended!

We enjoyed our stay at this small hotel that is situated very near to sights yet away from the maddening crowds. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms quiet. The service is polite and unobtrusive. We will definitely stay here again.

Hotel Mala Strana is a nice hotel located within easy walking distance of Prague Castle and the Charles Bridge. The breakfast buffet is good with many choices and Czech specialties. I especially liked the sitting area in the room and the electric kettle for making tea. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Great hotel - close to everything.
Great hotel. Great location. About a 15 minute walk to the old town. Lots of lovely eateries nearby. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend to a friend and stay there again. Very good value for money.

Great location and the room was huge. Staff on reception were very friendly and helpful, and there were some nice restaurants nearby, plus a useful supermarket. Absolutely great for the price.

i have visited prague a few times before so know the area reasonably well,the hotel is one street back from the river, there are a few restaurants and shops very close to the hotel,you are only a few minutes walk to the funicular railway which will take you to the petrin tower,the Charles bridge is about a 10-15 walk away, the trams run just out side the hotel which takes you to the castle, the hotel itself is really nice, i arrived about 11am but was able to get into the room straight away and was also able to stay 1 hour after check out, the room had a kitchen area which is hidden away behind some doors,the room was of a good size we had 2 single beds and also a couch there was a small table, the bathroom had a hairdrier and also liquid soap and shower gel, all the staff were really friendly, we had breakfast which consisted of a few hot dishes eggs and sausages, cold meats and cheese and a lot of pastries, the hotel is a good area to use as a base if you don't want to have all the hustle and bustle of the main town squares

Good location. We have been to Prague twice before. So knew we wouldn't be to far of a walk from the main attractions. It was also good for public transport. The WiFi was very patchy which was not much of a problem, it was a holiday after all.

Better than expected
Hotel is close to the tram and a good variety of local restaurants with excellent food and good beer. Staff was as helpful as they could be with directions but you need to figure out what you want to do before you get their as it is hard for them to give you suggestions. The hotel was very clean the breakfast was more than enough and is included the beds were comfortable and the rooms were a good size. Like everywhere in Europe be prepared to walk or take the tram if you are in a hurry. Just make sure you know how to find your way back the transit system is a bit confusing until you figure it out.
