Overall we had a good experience there except bed ( two single beds instead of one queen bed) and the size of blanket which was very small even for one person. The reception was not responsive either

good hotel.
good hotel, been before, good breakfast, clean rooms and comfortable beds, no english on t.v. close to invalidovna metro and trams.staff efficient and friendly.

Very dated. It was like returning to soviet era. Food is terrible. They position themselves as 4 star place, in my opinion they are barely 2 stars.

Good hotel.
Bus 100 from the airport and the yellow metro takes you direct to invalidovna, 5 mins walk to hotel. Close to metro and tram stops.Large rooms, TV can only get BBC world news in English. superb buffet breakfast. pleasant 10 minute walk to central Karlin , plenty of good pubs and restaurants.

just okay.
It’s good value for money, but wifi signal is too weak so connection is lost frequently. The biggest problem is there was weird noise in the room. That might be a sound of wind..

Very very simple breakfast so prepare to eat out or bring food. Basic hotel room but nothing wrong with it and worked fine for just one person, may have been much harder with a spouse or children.

Wifi was very spotty. Came in and out all the time. Mattress was thin - more of a mattress pad, maybe 1.5 inches thick. Breakfast (free) was extensive but not the best quality. I do feel that the ratings of this hotel are way over the top as to how bad it is. Mostly I have no problems with it aside from above. Room was clean and cleaned every day. Bathroom was all new, with new fixtures and tile. Elevators are new and fast. View from the 18th floor was pretty awesome -even looking away from downtown. They do a huge travel business apparently as busloads filled up the hotel. Location is very close to metro and the area is developing with new office complexes with more food choices. I'd stay here again.

Tourist class hotel
This hotel did not meet our expectations as a 4* hotel. PROS: Good location with metro and tram nearby. Two supermarkets are close to the hotel. CONS: ROOM. Room has locked windows that couldn't be opened and week A/C, not making temperature below 23° for comfortable sleeping. BREAKFAST. Basic buffet breakfast. Low-quality watered-down coffee. Limited selection of fruits (watermelon decorated with few grapes only).

The thermostat did not work. The room was too warm for a nice sleep. Luckily on could open the window. Otherwise I was very satisfied.

Wrong room type. Didn't seem to care.
Booked double bed with wife, but was put in a room with 2 twins. Hotel staff didn't seem interested. Couldn't/ wouldn't correct. Room was average. Cleaning staff took their breaks right outside our room door and were very loud throughout morning. Breakfast was nice.

not worth the money
The place is ok, several metro stations from the city centre. The stuff was friendly. They let me check in earlier when I explained that I had a long night flight. However, except for breakfast, they charge you for everything which should be normally included into the hotel service like iron, water which was not listed in the mini bar. Also, I lived on the 17th floor, they have tiny 3 lifts which do not function well. There were massive queues to the lifts all the time. Once, in order to get down I had to wait 10 minutes for the lift. Also, at this age and time they charge for internet which does not function well. Two days there was no internet in the entire hotel. I was embarrassed explaining that to my colleagues why I could not respond to my correspondence on time and had to go in search of cafes with wifi. Therefore, even though the room was fine and service friendly, after 5 days stay I did not enjoy it. I would never stay there again and would not recommend it to anybody. For that price, I could have rented an apartment I guess.

Think 10 times before you book
Hotel staff not helpfull, this is like a hostel equivalet not even a 2 star hotel. so many bad experience not to mention. So beware dont deceive with hotel rate. Its worst than faulty tower.

Problème réservation avec l application hotels.com
Sejour impeccable, hotel impeccable. Mais rien à voir avec l hotel, c est un enfer pour reserver avec hotels.com....trop de sécurisation avec les mots de passe, pas le temps de réserver sur l application hotels.com....il faut revoir les modalité de réservation, c est tellement long, voir quasiment impossible de réserver avec l application ou site hotels.com que je dois malheureusement utiliser d autres sites de réservation. J espère que vous allez revoir les modalités de réservation. Cordialement.
