It pains us to hear that the Hotel didn't meet your expectations and we feel so sorry that your stay was not that comfortable. We apologize for inconvenience with housekeeping, there is everyday housekeeping service, so we will investigate this case and promise such situation cannot happen again! We offer our guests to book a parking spot for them just in the next building, but it should be reserved in advance and the price is 26 euro per night. There are more garages in 10 minutes walking from the hotel, where reservation is not needed. In case your sleep is very sensitive, you will find complimentary earplugs at your night table! As far as concerns the parking spot, we have an agreement with nearby underground parking providers. One of them is just 1minute from the apartments. But unfortunately we cannot guarantee the free parking spot if you didn’t reserve it in advance. You can order it in advance by contacting reception. I will personally investigate, why the receptionist didn’t offer you to check possibilities at check-in. There is a clothes dryer rack, which you can use, in every room. The washing machine has different programs for the best result. If there are any issues please contact reception, so we could solve the problem immediately.
