The savoy was a beautifully , well located hotel . Far enough away from the busy streets but within easy walking distance. Local trams are right on the doorstep if needed and staff are always available and happy to help with any questions or concerns about the hotel or local area . Would definitely recommend the Savoy as a place to stay in Prague

We had a wonderful stay. From the time of booking until checkout nothing but courteous staff. The breakfast was was nice and filling. A lot to choose from, and the breakfast staff was super friendly.

The Hotel Savoy is a real gem that is slightly away from the main traffic of the city but very close to Prague castle. The hotel itself is beautiful with old world charm. The rooms are large and well appointed- classy and warm as are the staff. The library is a great place to sit and have tea or a drink and breathe. If we are fortunate enough to return to Prague we will be very glad to stay here.

The gym was small but convenient, hhough it wasnt included in the price. The concierge was really nice and let me in anyway bit that is good to know beforehand. We loved our stay and can recommend it to everyone. Important notice: It is on the other side of the river and it is a steep walk uphill. You get payed for the effort by the stunning views (and healthy legs). There is also a tram right outside the hotell entrance if you don’t wish to walk.

The room was spotless, and the majority of the staff were excellent. However, during checkout, when I approached an older staff member at reception to request change for 1,000 CHF in order to tip the room attendant, she simply responded, “No.” I then attempted to seek assistance from a polite gentleman at the adjacent counter, but she spoke loudly to him — seemingly instructing him to refuse as well.
