Hotel U Prince is in a great location. It is right in old town. Easy to walk to many sites. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was large with plenty of space. Breakfast had many options of breads, sweets eggs and more.

The property is in Old Town. We could see the clock tower from our window. The breakfast was good. The staff was accomidating. Both bars are very nice. The Black Angels Bar is a must.

The hotel location was excellent at the heart of the old town with the clock tower and the main square right around the corner. The room had a nice classical decor with a very spacious adjacent bathroom. A small single elevator we had to share with the rooftop bar customers was crowded at times, but we managed.

Perfect for a couples getaway

Walking distance to major attractions. Near the tram and subway. Interesting hotel with nice old world features but not lacking in anything you will need.

Nice place if you are in to very old antique style places. Right in the middle of old town square. If you like more modern places then, this is not the place for you. I recommend going to the bar in the hotel for the service was amazing. Shout out to Harry, Blue, Liza, Quinn, and rest of the bar staff. Awesome crew.

Omg the breakfast was good the location is amazing!! can not get any better the outside restaurant for people watching was also super nice. The checking in and just overall service was good. The room was clean and large rooms kinda amazing for European standards. Will stay at this hotel in the future room was 66 great views.

I chose this hot based on reviews I read of how friendly and welcoming the hotel staff were. This was not the case. They were very rude, not at all helpful and gave us the wrong time for our breakfast. When I raised this, they didn’t come up with a solution or suggestion. They claimed we had it written down on welcome card in the room. We didn’t receive this so we had nothing to refer to. We therefore missed out on breakfast and had to pay for brunch in the hotel. we waited 35 mins to collect our bags for our return flight as the reception was overwhelmed by new guests. No sense of organisation, total chaos , lack of staff around to help. We nearly missed our flight. The hotel itself is stunning, However the staff were very poor. Felt very let down. And sadly won’t return to this hotel.

Such a unique hotel, well recommended.

What a truly magnificent stay in such a unique hotel in the centre of the Old Town, Prague. We loved our stay here. The location is unbeatable and so close to many tourist attractions. The people who work here genuinely took care of us, the room was spacious, comfortable and always beautifully cleaned. This is very well recommended.
