Rooms are basic but ideal for what we needed. Modern, clean room and comfortable bed. Heavy curtains blocked out light and there was no noise from outside traffic. About 10 Minute walk to main part of town, lots of shops and cafe/restaurants around immediate area.
Great location, quiet room and a tidy hotel. Cleaner kept room stocked and looked after. The bed offered an amazing nights sleep, firm mattress which works well for me.
Breakfast was good, staff was kind and knowledgable and the room was comfortable spacious for what it was and clean. The shower was big enough for a big guy like me to bathe comfortable and the location was ideal for seeing the city
Ibis was an excellent choice. The staff were very polite and help. They even let us check-in several hours before the regular time, which was incredibly appreciated after a very long flight.
The hotel is not very close to anything, but the tram and subway stops are easily accessible to get anywhere in the coty easily.
The breakfast was excellent, but a little expensive. While I feel it was well worth the money, having the same options with no differentiation made it only worthwhile for a couple days.
Rooms were tiny no iron or iron stand no closet no refrigerator no air conditioning Bathroom were so tiny showers were impossible if you use sink you will be touching toilet bowl . Location was excellent city attractions were 20-30 minutes of walk but there are thousands ofvother hotels should have picked anyvother.
Very good value for money,10 minute walk from the main railway station, about 15 minutes into the Old Town ,and all the tourist attractions, and a metro stop about 50 metres away ,if you dont feel like walking. The room was small but pleasant ,and well furnished. The daily cleaning was very good ,and tea, coffee were replenished.
Room was fine. Good location. Very hard bed. AC didn't work and windows didn't open so it was very hot

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Twin Room
The staff in the hotel were very pleasant & did their best to resolve any query.
Room needing a bit of tlc, the shower tray was very slow at draining away. If you stayed in the shower too long there was a risk of the tray overflowing. Window was very difficult to open.

Liked: Cleanliness
Disliked: Staff & service, amenities
No hand towels available. Somewhat unfriendly staff. Only one small trash can in the bathroom. Good breakfast.
The hotel had attractice prices so I chose it for my four nights in Prague. Location was good. Not in the middle of the hustle and bustle but walking distance to downtown and everything you needed in the area.
I had reserved a superior room. The first night the room was so cold that I had to ask for extra blankets. The room was in the attic with a rooftop window. The next day the room didnt get warmer so I asked to change rooms and I got another room.
The hotel was under construction wich there was no information on when i booked. There was at some.points of time very heavy noise from the construction work.
There was no safe in the room so I had to use a safe deposit box downstairs.
A positive thing was the breakfast room. Very friendly staff, nice atmosphere and plenty of choice.
The location is close to the city centre and the tram line. The room was clean and comfortable but lacked a fridge, safe, modern TV and a decent hairdryer. The walls are thin and the rooms are connected to others by a locked door which made us uncomfortable. There was a lot of noise from other guests in the corridor which woke us up on occasion as you can fully hear everything.
The reception staff are not friendly or kind. They caused a confusion regarding payment during checkout where they asked for a payment again, when we had already paid at check in. It turned out they simply wanted to give a new reciept as the old one stated the payment was reserved, which we didn't know since it showed on our bank statement. Instead of explaining calmly and kindly they became confrontational and condescending telling us this is common at every hotel so we need to `pay` again during checkout. It was a simple change of receipt they have given us in the end not a request of new payment. This should have been communicated better and I think there was a language barrier here which caused all the confusion. Regardless the staff were rude.
