Great hotel with a vintage vibe that I was looking for. I felt like a princess haha and felt safe during my stay. Alister was very kind and accommodating, made me feel like I was at home. Breakfast was solid and the AC was working great. Would return again. Thank you everyone.

Hotel was nice, great location. Breakfast buffet was good too, the ladies working there were attentive and polite. We were in and out of the hotel multiple times per day, the staff always greeted us each time. They also were able to check us in a few hours early without charging or making us wait. The room itself was really nice and had a great view of the Prague Castle. The hotel location was amazing, very central and close to Charles Bridge, Prague Castle, Mala Strana, and the walk across the bridge you’re now in downtown old town. Very, very, central for walking. Always felt safe in this area too. One odd thing about the room was the amount of loose bathroom accessories. For example, the soap holder in the shower was loose, the toilet seat lid was loose, and a couple other things I can’t remember now. So a little maintenance would do them well. The room was clean though, no question about that. I also only experienced the “cold water in the morning” one time out of five days, and my wife immediately after had hot water. Would stay here again.

The hotel was quiet and well situated. The room was comfortable and the air con worked well. My only complaint is with the bathroom - I had pulled up the stopper in the sink and I could not get it to go back down, so had a sink sitting full of water overnight. The drain in the shower did not work - by the end of my shower I was standing in ankle deep water which had overflowed onto the bathroom floor. I was leaving early next morning, so I did not notify staff that night. I feel sure that they would have taken care of it, but I had had a long day and just wanted to go to bed.

This is a very beautiful hotel in a great location. The room was very pretty with nice style and art. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. However, the shower flooded upon use. The shower head was dirty and in need of cleaning or replacement. The bed covering was stained. Other than all that, it’s a great location. It’s close to the castle and a 15 minute walk to old town. There are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby.
