Siisti, tilava hotelli. Sängyt hyvät, aamupalalla löytyi kaikille jotain. Ystävällinen henkilökunta. Sijainti loistava, metro lähellä. Opasteet hotellille saisi olla vähän paremmat. Ja huoneessa oli aika lämmintä, vaikka on ilmastointi.

We staied at the 2 storey lofr with 2 king for 4 adults in June 2019 . I can say it was an awsome experience from checkin process to cleanness . Located in city center of Prague best location and we easily parked our car underground with elevator . I highly recommend

Buena ubicacion, habitacion grande, bien equipada con cocina completa. La unica pega es el sofa cama, tiene un colchon de muelles malisimo, me extraña que con el espacio que hay no hayan puesto una cama en condiciones, al ser una suite para 4 personas ya se entiende que se va usar ese "sofa cama" y realmente es muy incomodo. Por lo das, si cambiasen el sofa-cama, una opcion recomendable.

Great hotel at prime location

I loved the way my room was equipped: toto heated toilet seat, great air conditioning, kitchenette, big bottle of water and many more. Everything is very high quality. International team at reception will help anyone. Location is perfect, however, there is no way taxi can come directly to hotel. You will have to walk about 100m. Fine with me, but could be raining or if you have a lot of heavy luggage. Breakfast has no great variety, but everything is high quality. If you stay for a week or so - could be boring, but ideal for 2-3 nights

Excellent hotel, nice location and nice room. However at the reception for checking and also again for check out, the receptionists did not see that room was already paid with hotels.com . I had to call hotels.com at 5am before taking my flight...even if I show the email with the payment done. I waste a long time wait

Ein 4 Sterne Hotel? Keinesfalls, höchstens 3 Sterne! Das Hotel, das per Pkw nicht erreichbar ist, stellt 2 völlig überteuerte Plätze in einer entlegenen Parkgarage zur Verfügung. Sind diese bereits belegt, muss man zusehen wie man sein Auto im Centrum parken kann, ein fast unmögliches Unterfangen. Fremdsprachenkenntnisse des Personals sind nicht oder kaum vorhanden. Kein Wunder, ist doch die Rezeption besetzt mit - so scheint es - Schülerinnen und Studentinnen

Location is very good but a bit noisy given heavy traffic. Entrance of hotel is very obscure, reception on 1st floor but hotel on another building means have to carry luggage twice! Rooms are newly renovated so very nice. Also like the free beverages and snacks

立地も良く施設もユニークで最低2泊以上するならとても良い備品が充実していた。自炊するなら何の不便もない。食器までパーフェクトなものがあった。スタッフも丁寧に接してくれた。ただ一つだけ残念なのがあまりにも長い髪の毛が２本スチームに張り付いていたのでそこだけが気になった。しかし次回プラハに行く機会があればまた利用したいと思う。

Very strange hotel with rude staff.

Very hard to find the hotel. It is inside some kind of building with stores. The reception was in another building from our room so we had to walk long to find our room. Breakfast very good! Much to choose from. But overall very bad experience and I would not stay here again for the money we paid.
