The room was good, great condition, but i found it to be too dim for me and the bathrooms despite being spotless, had a funky smell. Maybe a room freshner could help a bit. The staff wer courteous, friendly and very helpful.

Clean and spacious rooms, lovely breakfast, friendly staff, nice gym and pool. Great location where you can literally walk everywhere. Didn't like how the toilet and shower/sink are separated in the rooms. Not enough hooks in the bathroom to hang up all the towels and clothing. And the blanket provided for the sofa bed is too small... Also, rooms are very hot.

Great location

Great location within walking distance of Wenceslas Square, restaurants, and shops. Lovely room and nice facilities such as a large pool, hot tub, sauna, and fitness room. We missed having some storage space for clothes in the room – we were two adults and two children.

Staff were pleasant and welcoming. Room was ready on arrival at 11am, for which we are grateful. Hotel was in a good location. Near to shops, restaurants, transport links and main square. Air conditioning wasn’t good. Room was always hot even when we left the aircon on. Had to ask for a fan. Room was clean. Services/amenities were good.

Nice hotel, great breakfast, convenient location. The room was spacious enough. Didn't like that the toilet is in a different room than the shower/sink but it's nothing.

Excellent hotel. Loved the pool area and the mattresses were good quality. They need to invest in larger sheets as ours were not big enough to tuck in on the sides. Service was mixed, some were lovely and went out of their way to be helpful but others were rather lacking.

Excellent value for money overall. Six night stay in a 2+1 room, parents and daughter. Prague has too much to offer for us to get to use the hotel commodities. The breakfast buffet was a major hit. The fold-out couch/bed for the child is _very_ firm, esp. for an 11-year old.

had a great time

We were there last week for holidays. we have 2 older kids and all had a great time. the one thing i hope they will consider is giving a cupboard in the room instead of just hangers on a rod. in the absence of cupboard, room was spacious. a nice thing is that toilet is separate from bath, which is good for couples but not necessarily easy for siblings. location of the hotel is very good.
