Great aparthotel, in a really nice and safe location with good dining options and a short walk to the tram stop as well as to Old Town. From the automated entry to the actual rooms and facilities, no complaints. The hotel was responsive over WhatsApp. The rooms felt new. Bathroom had a bidet and all toiletries. Kitchen had water, tea, coffee pods and crockery and cutlery. Highly recommended!

Property is a lovely boutique hotel. Extremely clean, in a great part of town. Easy walking distance to the main sights and shopping. A converted old building - the only downside tv had very limited English channels news only and were not smart/internet. Breakfast was buffet -sufficient

This hotel was a great find. Rooms big, comfortable bed, good breakfast, great location & staff was friendly & informative. The only problem is we couldn’t stay longer! Next time.

A gem
The hotel is convenient to all of the Prague sites but is on a quiet street away from the relentless tourist traffic. The room is spacious and well appointed; the bed very comfortable; and the breakfast plentiful and varied-fruit, eggs, ham, pate, cheeses, potatoes, bread, salads, coffee, water, juices, cereals, and more. The staff is very nice and welcoming. I highly recommend the hotel.

Likes most of the staff, breakfast staff need better training. Fresh milk in room for coffee/tea would be beneficial.

Great service. They allowed us to check in super early at 8am which we were so grateful for after long travel. Always friendly and helpful. Very clean and modern room.

Clean and comfy.
Clean, clean, and clean! I love a clean hotel and this was definitely clean. Staff was super friendly. Did the room with a living room and it was great. High ceilings and very open air feel. Breakfast buffet was nice. Make sure to read the menu on the table as it has dishes that they will cook up for you which is included in the buffet.

Great location, spacious rooms, staff are lovely. The breakfast was good too. The hotel is about 5 min walk to the river and a 20 min walk to Charles Bridge. Great place to stay.

Excellent location, close to everywhere but apart from the real hustle and bustle! Very helpful staff looked after us really well. Gorgeous room exceptionally comfortable bed. Very quiet and peaceful. I would highly recommend the hotel. Disappointing breakfast and I would not recommend the Italian restaurant.

We stayed 4 nights and this hotel has a good location, not too close to main tourist areas but easy access to the beautiful city of Prague. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. Our stay included a good quality breakfast. Many hotels in Europe have twin mattresses side by side. We didn't like this so we changed rooms after the first night. Our room had a balcony that opened to a nice courtyard but no seating. We asked for chairs and they brought some up from the restaurant. The only other inconvenience is that they don't have an ice machine. The kitchen and the hotel staff didn't agree on who is responsible to provide ice to guests. Hotel staff brought us ice but I could see it was not the best use of their time. The rooms are very nicely designed and comfortable. The Italian restaurant makes delicious food and has good service. If we come to Prague again we would stay at La Ballerina again.

Great city break
La Ballerina is a fantastic hotel. Walking distance from everything in all parts of the City centre. Breakfast is Served in the Italian restaurant which is attached to the hotel. The rooms are thoroughly cleaned daily and are airy and well maintained. Lukas on reception was brilliant and gave some great advice on where and what to see whilst we were there. Really well priced and friendly hotel. You also get use of the sister hotel which has gym and a swimming pool

Dancing in Prague
Very clean hotel, staff very welcoming and helpful. Room ideal size for the 2 of us. Prague as a city is very beautiful and also very clean. Going around on foot gave us the oppotunities to see so much more and as 2 women walking always felt safe. Prices compared with Britain are very cheap and further away from the centre even cheaper,

We thought this was a lovely hotel and very reasonably priced. All of the staff were very polite and efficient and everything was very clean and fresh. Due to bad weather we had to stay in more than we had planned and it was lovely to have complimentary afternoon tea and cakes in the dining room!

Excellent hotel, ideally situated
This is an excellent base for exploring the city. We stayed for 4 nights and were made to feel very welcome. Our room was spacious and beautifully presented; in fact it was more of a mini-suite than a 'standard' type of hotel room. All the staff were very pleasant - present but not over-zealous. At La Ballerina you get modern high standards within an older building and all the benefits of this, such as high ceilings and floor to ceiling windows. As well as tea/coffee/minibar in the bedrooms, the hotel also provides a complimentary 'afternoon tea' comprising hot drinks, juices and light snacks. A residents lounge bar would be a useful addition, but this does not detract from what was a comfortable and welcoming stay in a wonderful city. The walk into the centre takes about 15 minutes; or there are plenty of trams/metro if preferred. Highly recommended.
