It is close to the town center (astronomical clock) and the Charles bridge. The hotel is like a family run hotel. The staff is very friendly. The room is clean but very basic. my room is in the attic level and I need to take the stairs to the room. The tub is high and it can be a challenge to those who are short. Not sure if the room has AC but it's early May and it is not too warm.

This place have a prefect location in the old city of Prage. Close to the famus Karlův most bridge. Easy spot to start every day and close to green line metro and other transportation options. In the hotel you have breakfast and restaurant too. They have a elevator for 2 floors but if you get room on 3 floor you have to walk one flight of stairs to those rooms. Room is simple but have all you need. We have window agenst the street, but I still think is was pretty quiet and calm. Even if resturans and pubs are close by. Staff is welcoming and nice. Bed is also good and shower area is good. Only thing i would change is the pillows in the bed. They are a bit lumpy. This is definitely a place I would go back too and stay.

Nice place to stay

The pension is situated in a very convenient area, just around the corner of Charles Bridge and few block from the Old Square, you can walk to most of the places to visit in the city. The services were very good; the staff was friendly and helped us with everything requested. Breakfast is simple but good. The room was very spacious and clean, the only inconvenience is that is was next to the elevator and the smoking area, so we had other guest talking and spending time next to our window. This was my second time there, and I definitely would go there again.

Great value in the heavy of Prague Old Town, literally only 100 m walk from Charles Bridge, yet very safe and quiet despite lots of cafés and restaurants all around. Good sized rooms, superbly clean and well kept room and bathroom. Furniture a little dated but workable. Very good bed and unusually good pillows. Friendly staff. Only two small suggestions for improvement: 1) missing small table or shelf in bathroom 2) breakfast ok but missing warm dishes .. if this is improved, we would - basis value for money - have given it 5 stars. We will definitely be back!

Bathroom was not clean when I arrived. I was put in another room which I stayed in one night. Woke up with bed bug bites. Told the front desk and they reimbursed the 3 other nights I booked. Ironically, the hostel I stayed at was way cleaner than this hotel. And cheaper, too. Do not stay here (Staff were nice though)

Good: location is ultra close to much of the main touristic attractions like Charles bridge and Klementinum Library, there is a restaurant included that I did not get to try Not so good: The room size was the smallest I have ever stayed in with sloped ceiling and large beam in the middle making it quite closterphobic and always havign to watch your head. And there was some kind of miscommunication with the staff about getting a takeway breakfast as I had mentioned to one staff I had to leave around 4am and the other staff working the night did not know and there was no breakfast prepared. Overall, for the price and the size of the room, I preferred the other hotel in stayed which was in Mala Strana which was better equipped and in a quieter area but if you want to be close to the nightlife, this hotel's location is excellent.

Disappointed.

I booked the hotel several months ago and specifically requested a twin room for myself and my adult son. On arrival we were asked to prepay for the 3 night stay. We were only told after we had paid that the room was a double! And no other accommodation was available. I was not contacted before arrival to say no twin rooms were available. The hotel is well located in the old town near the Charles Bridge. There are no parking facilities. The hotel although clean was well worn and could benefit from refurbishment and redecorating. The room was basic with limited facilities. Breakfast was nice but again limited, no hot food apart from toast.
