This apartment is in a great location. It provided what we needed but overall the place was a bit tired. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable and not fit to sleep on. We ended up putting the sofa mattress on the floor - better but not ideal.

Good value; beware of long distance to check-in

Spacious apartment: bedroom and dining/kitchen room. Dated and shows scratches and cracks but functional and fully furnished and equipped. My one frustration was this: the location where we had to get our keys was about half-hour travel (by tram; assuming you know where to find the tram and how to pay for it) from the actual apartment. This fact was not communicated to me prior to the arrival. On a short, busy trip it is a significant inconvenience.

Anc excellent apartment in the centre of Old Prague. What a fabulous location Would give this apartment a very high rating except for the appalling check in process. The key is collected at a property quite some distance from the apartment. For us - ( and others arriving on public transport) it meant working out tram lines and then 40 minutes and 3 different connections to collect the key and make our way, finally, to the apartment . We had the added difficulty of managing 2 large suitcases on public transport. Disappointed that we were not advised about key arrangements until 24 hours before check in Surely a lock box could be installed on site, but this has been suggested repeatedly in reviews over several years, so can't see it happening. The apartment itself is great

We stayed here for 3 nights last week. It was generally a clean, well-located apartment, no amenities such as tea/coffee making facilities or toiletries were provided but this is not the end of the world and the least of our problems. Firstly, the issue of picking up the key at a hotel 25 minutes away is not clearly mentioned before booking, and very inconvenient. Secondly, the management appear incapable of responding to queries: I messaged both through Expedia and on their contact number provided throughout the apartment on multiple occasions both before and during our stay and had no response. Thirdly, there is no air conditioning or fan provided - given it is August it was over 30c throughout our stay so was very unpleasant. I messaged about a fan being provided and was ignored so we had very uncomfortable nights. Fourthly, be prepared to pay a €200 deposit when you arrive: again not clearly mentioned when booking so it is something potential guests should be aware of. Given the price of this apartment I would have expected better - a fan is a bare minimum requirement and the customer service is shocking. Not somewhere I would stay again.

Nothing about this place should use the word exclusive, i been to prag over 30 times and this place was bad, shower barely worked and it was dirty.

Ok apartment, a bit worn down. The showerheadholder was broken, and there was a foul smell of sewage in the bathroom. A lot of noise from the hallway. The hotel were we had to pick up the key upon check-in was a 20 min tramride across town. A bit inconvenient with a lot of luggage to drag around.

If they force you to go around the city to pick the keys up and take a big deposit and male you do the check in online it can’t get worse, I would never recommend this place.

Nice place with good location. Communication is not that great and really poor flexibility. Keys for the apartment has to be picked up far from the location of hotel. This is NOT ok and could easily be done differently. The apartment was empty before our arrival but they still insisted on check in after 15 o’clock

숙소에 도착했더니 완전히 다른 장소 (트램타고30분)에서 키를 픽업하라고 안내문이 한장 붙어있었습니다. 케리어를 끌고 이동해서 키를 받고, 다시 숙소로 돌아오느라 결과적으로 체크인하는데 1시간 넘게 시간과 체력을 써야했습니다. 심지어 받은 key의 경우 메인 문이 열리지 않아 다른사람이 나올때까지 기다려야했습니다. 그리고 실제 배정받은 방에도 key가 뻑뻑해서 들어가질 않아 거의 30분을 넘게 씨름을 하다가 겨우 문을 열었습니다. 숙소 내부도 사진과 너무 다릅니다. 매우 허름합니다. 바닥은 삐걱거리구요, 상주하는 관리인이 없기 때문에 수건도 1장이 전부입니다. 제가 경험해본 모든 숙소를 통틀어서 정말 가장 비싼 비용을 지불하고 가장 최악의 서비스를 받았습니다.

Lejligheden har en rigtig gid beliggenhed, og vi var gladeligt overrasket over, at der var 2 toiletter. Men en lejlighed til 8-9 personer sp mangler der godt nok service, 6 knive, 2 vinglas og 1 frokost tallerken for at nævne noget, ikke i orden. Selve lejligheden var meget spartansk indrettet

Lejligheden var mega beskidt og ingen af de billeder der ligger her matcher lejligheden, der er huller i vægen og mug og skimmelsvamp i nogle af vægene og flere ruder er smadret og dækket med plader, sengene, stole og sofaen er mega beskidte og ulækre, ovnen lignede en der ikke var gjort ren i flere år og køleskabet var også mega beskidt

Muy inseguro. No lo recomiendo

El edificio es inseguro, la recepción de las llaves se ubica a 25 minutos de auto y no te avisan. El departamento no era el acordado. Por la noche entró una persona alcoholizada al edificio gritando y forzando todas las puertas para entrar. Nos comunicamos con recepción para que llame a la policia dos veces y no lo hicieron, estuvo 6 horas esa persona en el edificio, tengo grabaciones de lo sucedido. Perdimos un dia de vacaciones por este incidente que se pudo haber solucionado. No lo recomiendo.

Central location with loud party tourists :/

The beds were comfy, but the couch was not. A small sofa in the living/kitchen area would be nice to sit down & relax after a long day, there are only 4 chairs at the dining table to sit down. Nice kitchen, though some tea bags or coffee would not be bad to be included. Unfortunately really loud party people in the building, who were loud even after telling them to be quiet.
