Booked the delux 2 floor apartment for 6 nights. On first impressions it seemed ok. But after staying for 6 nights I found that the apartment lacked some basic amenities. I dont really like to complaint so didnt raise the issue but majority of my showers had to be taken with cold water as for some reason hot water was only available at certain times in the day. The apartment lacked basic amenities like a shower caddy, loo roll holder, extra towels/linen. Cleaning was promised but not provided. We did get some fresh towels after day 3. The apartments are advertised as soundproofed. This I can gurantee is not true as throughout our stay we were disturbed by our very loud and noisy neighbours with kids running up and down the stairs and doors banging. The lift was out for maintainence for the first 3 days not really fun if your apartment is on the top floor. Also the apartment is at least 40 mins walk from the town center so bear this is mind before you book. The deluxe apartment has windows that we could open and it got very hot and stuffy. Overall pretty average experiance. The only really good and efficient thing was the automated check in service which was very very good and also express check out service.

Lovely and comfortable flat

Lovely flat in a very good area. We loved that the flat was spacious, with great views and quiet in the night. Comfortable beds. Easy access to the city centre only 2 stops by tube. Very friendly staff at the reception.

Heerlijk verblijf gehad! Alina is top! Wat een goed en prettig appartement, alles is top. We zaten op de 2e verdieping Huisnr 9. Alles is op loopafstand, metro en tram circa 5 min, groot supermarkt Albert, waar ze ook Nederlandse kaas hebben! Veilige buurt, erg genoten in Praag en van dit appartement!!

Exellent stay

It was easy to check in late at night (around mid night) with the codes that were provided. There is a secure room to lock bags away on check out day which was very useful. The apartment was lovely and modern. No expense spared with the decoration and furnishings, yet good value for money. Cooking equipment is provided along with coffee machine/ French press etc. WiFi is very fast. Smart TV in living area. 5 minutes walk to Jiřího z Poděbrad metro station which can take you to the centre of old town. About 10 minutes walk from Lipanská tram stop which takes you past the Palladium shopping mall en route to old town.

Book roligt et ophold her.

Første gang i Prag og første gang i en hotellejlighed. Det bliver ikke sidste gang. Vi ankom til en lejlighed hvor der var rent og pænt. En lille altan med udsigt over gården og TV-tårnet. Metroen var 600 meter væk og der var mange gode restauranter, blandt andet en super lækker bistro med vegetarmad og en lille café der serverer skøn morgenmad. Indkøb kunne klares i Albert. Ca. 800 meter væk. Sporvogn 26 går indefra byen med stoppested udenfor Albert. Receptionen var meget hjælpsomme og de forstod engelsk. I nærheden af hotellet over ved kirken og metrostationen er der et marked om lørdagen. Der kan spilles minigolf i området omkring TV-tårnet.

Apartment was lovely, modern and spacious. When we arrived at starting using the property there were a couple of issues, we reported them straight away and bits were fixed. Temporarily which was fine as we were out all day so wasn’t much of a inconvenience to us we just got on with it. Also we were put in apartment 1, I would not recommend this to anyone as it was right at the entrance of the building. It was so noise hearing everyone come in and slam doors but the worst bit was the bin men at 5am! They dragged then bins from the back to the front of the apartment then back again at 5 am! It was so loud and unexpected. Up and down stairs the bins were taken, twice this happened during our stay. Like I said the apartment was amazing and everything you needed but I would not recommend apartment 1 of the building. And I paid extra for the apartment with a balcony view. I had the view of the garden as we were on the ground floor. Nice and should I have said something? Yes! But we were happy just to get there and enjoy our time. Was lovely and would recommend staying here as we just had some minor flaws.

Nice location away from the tourist area.

The area where this property is located is great. Nice restaurants close by and a supermarket to buy your daily needs. The reception staff especially Carlos is very nice and helpful. It would have been perfect if it has an air conditioning unit especially during the hot days in the month of June . Overall it is a nice location away from the Old town tourist area.

Die Unterkunft war insgesamt sehr sauber, hell und in einem super Zustand! Sie liegt sehr zentrumsnah (5 min mit der Metro). In der direkten Umgebung befinden sich Supermärkte und mehrere Restaurants. Sehr zu empfehlen!
