Posizione eccezionale, a pochi metri dalla Metro...la casa ha tutto ciò che serve per un breve soggiorno...sono in corso lavori di ristrutturazione quindi c'è un po' di caos nel cortile... consiglio un po' più di luce sulle scale

Buena ubicación y malo todo lo demás

Mal, para empezar, la información dice que dispone de un servicio de traslado desde el aeropuerto (no es cierto, te cicen que llames a un Uber). Al llegar resulta que solo admiten pagos en efectivo: te toca buscar un cajero para sacar el dinero. El apartamento no era ninguno de los que salen en las fotos (nos tocaría el que está sin reformar) y la limpieza dejaba mucho que desear: mesa pegajosa y algún bicho. Dicen que es que tienen poco personal, pero no debería ser problema del cliente. Del personal no puedo decir nada, porque no los ves. Salvo la encargada de la limpieza, que bastante tiene con lo que tiene. Por decir algo positivo, la ubicación es muy buena, con una parada de metro dando la vuelta la esquina y una de tranvía casi al lado que te dejan en el centro. Incluso puedes ir paseando y estás en la ciudad vieja en 20 inutos. Lo elegimos por eso, pero por el dinero que te cuesta seguro que puedes encontrar algo mejor.

Nejhorší ubytování v Praze.

Slečna na recepci byla nepříjemná, neuměla česky a divila se, že deti jsou starší než 15 let. Tyto údaje jsem zadal již při rezervaci. Byt byl sice prostorný a čistý, ale tvrdé postele a schody byly částečně zničené. Celý byt byl hrozně opotřebovaný. Pod okny bytu byli popelnice, které smrděli hrozně.

Ingen städning, inga byten av handdukar, dock var vi där 2 nätter bara så kanske det skulle vara så. Rummet var inte städat speciellt noga före ankomst. Fastsättning av staket på övervåning samt golv var bristfällig! Läget var dock fantastiskt!

Great Vibe in Center of Prague

The apartment style hotel is quaint and offers a great taste of European culture. Each room is different. Close to all Prague main sightseeing events and so reasonably priced. I visit Prague frequently and Casa Italia is my favorite place to stay.

Appartamento a Praga

Abbiamo visitato Praga usando uno dei bilocali di Casa Italia come punto d'appoggio: avendo molte cose da vedere ci serviva per farci la doccia, dormire, ed eventualmente mangiare. Ci siamo trovate incredibilmente bene: l'appartamento era confortevole, pulito, a poco prezzo, vicino ad un supermercato economico aperto fino alle nove, e a due passi da metro e fermata del tram notturno se sceglievamo di stare fuori un po' di più alla sera. Inoltre i letti erano comodi, avevamo un bagno attrezzato con tanto di bidet, l'accesso ad un cortile interno che faceva da area fumatori ed era molto godibile per rilassarsi, e il personale parlava italiano. Unico neo: la doccia, con il getto che non andava mai nella direzione giusta (di fatto continuava a cadere), difficile da gestire e con rischio caduta e conseguente allagamento del bagno, anche questo poco gestibile in quanto non ci avevano lasciato uno straccio per asciugare il pavimento.

Skønt sted. Perfekt til par eller tætte venner

Vi opholdte os i casa Italia vores sidste nat i Prag, og nød det. Det var en rigtig fin indrettet hotel/lejlighed med fantastisk guest service og skøn atmosfære.

Cute for 1 or 2 people

I only stayed one night. Overall a very good rate for this cute little apartment. The room is a mini apartment, very cute. The stairs are very steep up to the bed but the bed is comfortable and can easily sleep 2 or even 3. There is a mini bar with tons of choices and small hotplate. There is a TV but you won't be able to watch in from bed comfortably and there was AC (a rarity in Prague...they didn't even know they had it! When I asked for the AC controller the nice lady at the desk didn't seem to know the room had AC, just shows they really don't use it here) BUT the AC leaked all over so maybe it isn't vented properly. It wasn't that big a deal as I left it on so the room was cool I just couldn't leave it on continuously after that.

tolles Preis-Leistungsverhältnis

Wir hatten ein Appartment für ein verlängertes Wochenende in Prag gebucht. Es war zwar ein kleines Einzimmer-Appartment, aber es ist alles vorhenden (Bad, Küche, Bett) und es hat zu zweit leicht ausgereicht. Das Zentrum ist zu Fuß in 20-30 Minuten zu erreichen und eine U-Bahn-Station ist fast nebenan.

Vaikeuksien kautta voittoon

Etsimme hotellia noin 1,5 tuntia vaikka matkaa metroasemalta oli vain 80m. Osa toki omaa hölmöyttä. Koitimme soittaa hotelliin, mutta kukaan ei vastannut. Paikka oli mennyt jo kiinni kun saavuttiin paikalle (noin kello 23.30), mutta omistaja oli jättänyt oveen lapun, johon oli jättänyt numeronsa. Nainen tullut noin vartissa paikalle. Hotellihuone oli kokonainen pienehkö asunto, keittokomeroineen ja eteisineen. Alkuvaikeuksista huolimatta pidimme paikasta. Naapurista tosin kuului äänet melko herkästi ja siisteystaso olisi voinut olla parempi. Hotelli ajoi asiansa hyvin, mutta mikään hienostopaikka se ei ole. Suosittelen hotellia tavallisille ihmisille, joita jokainen pieni rasahdus ei haittaa.

Velmi slušné

Byl jsem velmi spokojený s ubytováním především s rozlohou apartmánu a a velmi slušně vybavenou kuchyňkou s minibarem. Menší nevýhodou je apartmán v přízemí. Okolí příjemné, plno restaurací, ideální poloho u metra a blízko do centra. Doporučuji i pro rodinný pobyt a rád se sem vrátím

Disappointing...

The room was nothing like on the photos. Was very dark even with curtain/blinds open. The kitchen was very very basic. no hot water to the sink in there and only a 2 plate electric hob. No toaster or grill. Even the kettle had to be plugged in at floor level as no worktop level electrical point. Overall very disappointing. Cant honestly recommend.

Stor bortkastad potential

Rummet såg lika mysigt ut som på bilderna men sängen var för hård och eftersom soffa saknades så var tid tillbringad på hotellet aldrig bekväm. Duschmunstycket var i princip trasigt så det var inte heller en tillflykt. Det största problemet var att deras WiFi var sämst i stan och dessutom det sämsta jag någonsin varit med om, någonstans och oavsett årtionde. Det hade varit bättre om de inte haft något alls. När vi framförde våra synpunkter i receptionen fick vi bara till svar att receptionisten (vaktmästaren) at bara höll med men att ingenting skulle åtgärdas eftersom hans chef var något excentrisk. Casa Italia har en stor bortkastad potential och vi ser ingen anledning att bo där igen.
