Our apartment wasn’t the address given but 10 minutes away. The address given is their check in/office. This wasn’t a huge problem for us, though we would have bought bus tickets from a different location the morning of check out, if we had known. We overheard one family complain they were put on the top floor but had no elevator, but our building did. They could improve the way they book you into a room because the rooms and buildings they put you in can vary. You should know those details before hand. The picture of the room we chose was different then the one we got but it was fine and was large, as was the bathroom. It even had a little roof top patio. Lots of stuff for kitchen (actual espresso machine, nespresso pod machine, panini press but no oven, no dish clothes so washing dishes was difficult). One other thing, the room had an ac unit but no remote. We phoned them and they told us it would be extra, there was some confusion I think because of translation and it ended up not being extra. They were very kind and dropped it off the next morning. Why not just leave it in the room?? Overall though, good value and location.
