I would rebook this place the next time I came back. Any questions, need, or service I had the staff was on top of it. Breakfast was free with a great selection, and the Indian restaurant it was in was also amazing. My only suggestion would be to maybe add some carpet in the rooms. Anytime I heard Mt neighbor come in or leave I could hear them.

Lovely big rooms, modern vibe with very helpful staff. My son and I like to use a hotel lounge in the evenings but the Icon lounge is shared with an Indian restaurant which was a little disconcerting - the waiting staff kept asking what we wanted and gave us menus so we felt a little uncomfortable. Other than that, a great hotel

Lovely hotel
Lovely hotel very conveniently located for the Old Town Square and other parts of Prague. The staff were polite and helpful. The breakfast was nice, small range of freshly cooked eggs and pancakes. Good variety of continental food. The room was large and comfortable.

Modern comfortable accommodation. Luxury complimentary toiletries in bathroom (Rituals). Conveniently located 10min walk to Wenceslas Square and local food and bar outlets. We were able to leave our luggage at the hotel after check-out to make most of our time in Prague before flight back in the evening. Would be useful to have a bar within the hotel.

Background hum
The hotel is in a great location right in the heart of the action. However, we checked in late (9pm) and I was given a room 101. The room had a noticeable background hum which made it impossible to sleep. I complained at reception and found the source source of the noise was the heating system. At his point it was 3.00am. There were no other rooms available as the hotel was fully booked so I had to sit it out until the next morning. I fell asleep due to utter exhaustion at about 6 and was then up again for 7.30am. This was probably the worst nights sleep I’ve had in a hotel. The hotel did change my room that day.

Staff- Giannis at front desk was outstanding, went out of his way to be helpful on more than one occasion . And Ming in the breakfast service was so courteous and attentive. They are such assets to the hotel!

Pros: -Large rooms with high ceilings -Good location -When they are available, staff are helpful and friendly Cons: -Staff rarely at desk, you'll usually need to wait 5-10 minutes for someone to show up -I stayed in two different rooms of the same room type and they were inconsistent -Temperature control did not work in either room -Toiletries were very strong smelling in an overwhelming way

We would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone who wants to be near the old town section of Prague. It is so easy to walk around and see the sights. The hotel is clean and the room is large with 20 ft ceilings. The breakfast had a great selection. We would definitely stay here again.

No funcionaba el aire acondicionado de nuestro cuarto, y la respuesta del recepcionista fue “abran la ventana”. No nos resolvieron nunca y tuvimos que dormir las 3 noches con la ventana abierta y pasando calor. Las frazadas también eran muy pequeñas para la cama y eso hacía un poco incómoda la dormida. Por lo demás, todo estuvo bien.

This hotel is located in a great area! Walking distance to all the sights but on a quiet side street. The front desk was friendly and super helpful. They arranged airport pick up for us which was so helpful after a long flight. The breakfast was delicious. The room was spacious and comfortable. Stay here it's great!

Lovely hotel in great location
A lovely hotel in a great location close to Wenceslas Square, 5 minutes walk from metro station. Located on a fairly quiet street. Room well appointed and clean. Quiet despite being close to the centre. Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast buffet was complimentary and of a good quality.

Great location and a friendly & clean hotel
Located in Nove Mesto and close to many restaurants and public transport. It is on a quiet and safe street away from the hustle and bustle of places like noisy night clubs and yet close enough should you want to go to them. While many tourist sites are within 5 - 10 minutes walk away, the nearby tram stops and metro station can conveniently take you to places that are further away e.g. Prague Castle, Pétrin Lookout Tower and the Furnicular train station. There is also a nearby shopping centre (less than 5 minutes walk away) with two supermarkets, one on the ground floor and the other on the lower ground. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was cleaned daily and had a TV, safe and mini fridge. There was some very minor wear e.g. a tiny worn-out area in the floorboard but it was a very pleasant and clean room. The hotel has a modest lobby and with it a modest price with breakfast included. Overall a great hotel. We enjoyed our stay in Prague.

Dear Sophoan, we are sorry that you mentioned a wrong feedback, despite of the fact that your guests were satisfied with our service and the only problem was the misunderstanding of the rates - where you confirmed the rate as offered but the rate was different for each night. Meanwhile the 1. night was prepaid, the other night was paid directly by the clients, for obviously higher rates. We provided a full explanation and we did not deserve to receive a bad review here, just because you did not notice that the rate was different and thought you'd prepaid a half of the amount. Property was underwhelming considering the price paid. Room was average, breakfast was below average, poor aircon, old property so there’s hot water pipe noises occasionally too. Would look for other similarly priced options on my next visit to Prague.

Fantastic clean hotel in the perfect location. Everything is walkable. Staff very friendly & helpful. Nothing is too much trouble from requests for extra milk and pillows (room pillows far too soft). Large spacious room, very clean, fresh towels & toiletries daily. Very good breakfast included with plenty of choice. Only downside for us personally was the bar/lounge was not open (due to open in May). Although there was plenty close by for a night cap. Little shopping precent directly opposite, you will find little local bars which were fantastic. Would definitely stay again for the reasonable price & fantastic location.

Great breakfast buffet! You can order warm dishes to order - I recommend the crepes. Also, the staff was quite friendly and helpful. And unlike many hotels in Prague, although I booked a single room, I had a double bed. Sometimes, the single rooms in Prague have very narrow twin beds.

Excellent stay at the Icon. Friendly and helpful staff, lovely breakfast, clean and comfortable room. Special thanks to Janis on Reception who really went above and beyond to sort out non-allergenic bedding and then extended my stay when I was too ill to go out on my last day. My stay was wonderful. Really good lil hotel! Boutique. Really friendly staff, couldnt do enough for us! And breakfast an anytime of the day included. Could not go wrong! Hotel accommodated everything we needed from transport to tips and guides of where to go, what to do. Location was fantastic too! 100% recommend this place

Loved my stay in Prague! From the welcoming people, beautiful sights, fantastic beer, and so much more. Only thing is don’t get a taxi from main train station- better off with Uber or public transportation.
