This would have been the perfect stay for what I needed however the reception staff were unhelpful and the showers were freezing cold. I reported this on checkout as I had to catch a flight and was told there’s no issue. The showers are freezing cold don’t stay here

A multi-purpose hotel close to Prague
This hotel came as a very pleasant surprise. I booked last minute, and was impressed with the result. This is a new hotel, spa and fitness centre set alone in parkland within the Prague city limits. So, even though you are still in the city, it can at times feel like peaceful countryside. The area is used by families for walking and the police to exercise their horses! The hotel is equipped with possibly the best hotel gym ever (extra charges apply) and there is a spa also. There is a bar and restaurant with outdoor seating. It is a short walk from a metro station and you can get up the hill on the bus. Prague transport also takes credit card by pay wave - easy. Staff and check-in were efficient.

Nice hotel , far away from everything. Room was clean. Spa is nice, but you have to pay for it separately. Even to go yo Gym, you have to pay. Would recommend this place if you do not need to be in the city center

The hotel was very clean and new. I booked a two bedroom suite which was lovely. The free parking and proximity to airport was also a plus factor. However, there are no restaurants within walking distance and you have to drive out to dine. The hotel also forgot to provide for things which travellers need, like bottled water, kettle, coffee/tea bags, sockets at the table for charging laptops and other mobile devices (there is a lack of sockets). Another strange feature is that there are many steps in the passageway leading to the rooms you cannot conveniently wheel you luggage. Finally, although there is a large gym, you have to pay to use the gym. Breakfast was simple but sufficient.

Lovely hotel
Lovely hotel, helpful staff! Hotel is a short walk from the metro station which will take you anywhere you want to go in Prague. You can buy 24 hour metro passes from reception. Receptionists very helpful and friendly. Perfect place to stay for anyone who doesn't mind walking and wants to stay in the quiet! Would definitely recommend.

We got checked in to the great corner room. It was pleasant surprised to get huge room and located on the quiet corner. We love how the hotel manager very attentive when they made the mistake charged us twice but it all solved. Parking is free and breakfast was included. Overall we loved this hotel and definitely will return to this hotel when we visit Prague again.

Nice Hotel with Some Disappointing Surprises
The hotel is modern, very clean and has ample parking and easy access to Prague's center. The restaurant was fabulous with a wide selection of traditional and continental dishes. However, the rooms are not air conditioned which made sleeping quite uncomfortable. There were no amenities included such as bathrobes, slippers, lotion, etc. Also, though it is a spa and fitness hotel where you would expect to pay for spa services, even access to the gym was an additional cost! This was very disappointing.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. Spa and fitness area not included in the room cost and was extra to use the facilities. Very nice spa area to relax with sauna, steamroom, Jacuzzi and plungepool...also very good fitness facilities. OK breakfast.

It was a horrible experience
We came in and the front desk girl said that the room should have air condition and the remote is in a room. She told us she cannot wake up the person and let us be awake in extreme heat. Then she said that there will be some compensation back which never occurred. The front desk staff were equally worse next AM. They told that the rooms have no air conditioning and confirmed that the other girl had no idea what she was talking about remote and air conditioning. We had to keep the window open and chances of getting bugs were very high. Just will never come back to this weird, middle of no where and worst customer service place ever.

Amazing hotel! Checking into a warm, pleasant room after a cold day was simple and quick (extra special thank you to the lovely, understanding reception girl) and like I said, the room was spacious, clean and very warm. Along with free internet, gym and a wonderful buffet style breakfast, I couldn't ask for more in a hotel.

Nice small hotel in the outskirts of Prague city centre. Staff very polite & helpful. Excellent brand new modern room, clean toilets but the shower ffittings installed very low (elbow level) that me & my sister always ended up burning our skin especially if we were running the hot water. No ramps for luggages on 2nd floor which I think is very important as all visitors carrying a luggages and lifting is not good.

Very nice hotel, however loosing a lot by it's poor service. Low skilled receptionist left on her own, We had a problem with room on arrival, Was different to what we booked what Was luckily sorted by very professional hotel's manager - Big thanks for that, and room was swapped after we complained. Daily cleaning service was very poor, leaving dirty glasses for us to use etc. Breakfast was very good and tasty but needed to ask hotel staff each time to refill what runs out what wouldn't be done otherwise. Restaurant food service was lovely & highly recommended. Spa facility well to small as clients from outside can access it too. Some pictures @ hotels.com are not from this hotel! Although good quality for money

Pleasant enough
A one night stay not far from Prague airport. This hotel is in a quiet residential area and is quite new. There's nothing wrong with it - it's very comfortable and the restaurant is good, it just lacks "something" - a little warmth perhaps? Anyway, if you're not planning on staying for weeks and can get it for a good rate then I'd say you could do far worse.

Good value but beware Sunday services.
Overnight stay after a late-ish arrival at Prague airport. I didn't want much but was suprprised that the bar was closed at 10pm, even if it was a Sunday. No problems with the room at all - it's clean, modern and comfortable. Breakfast seemed a little bleak but from subsequent experience, that's the norm in the Czech republic. It was adequate though and for the price paid I'd certainly stay again.

Great option for staying outside the inner city
This hotel is in excellent condition. Its comfortable, quiet and outside the hustle and bustle of inner Prague. The room was very clean and comfortable. The only bad thing about the room was the shower was a little on the small side. A small inconvenience given the price of the hotel. The breakfast was really good and hearty. Scrambled eggs and the standard european fare - breads, cold cuts, cheeses, cereal, yogurt, fruits, etc. The restaurant was nice as well. Warning - there is a nice walk to the metro station. Its not that bad, really. But for people that aren't prepared for a nice walk, be forewarned. I'd say its a 15-20 minute walk uphill going to the station. You can catch a bus a little closer but that's still a decent walk. The hotel receptionist(s) all spoke good English and were friendly. The only person that wasn't very friendly was the lady that kept the breakfast area stocked. If you've never been to Prague, please be sure to keep plenty of pocket change for the toilets and the metro. For some reason, the Metro only accepts coins. You can get a 24 hour ticket for about 110 kr. Also, if you drive or have a rental car, parking is plentiful and free at the hotel!

Good value, modern & easy for access to tube.
A modern hotel with typical euro trendy decor, though this look is starting to tire if I'm honest as it looks like an office park rather than a homely hotel. Rooms were spacious, ours had a seperate room with desk/sofa area. The hotel is sat in the heart of a park and is close to the tube (and the right side of Prague for the airport). I'm sure there is a way to the hotel apart from across the park, but I came at night and it was hard to find in the dark (I've no idea if it's safe either, having seen some of the weirdos in the centre of Prague, but was fine for me). Don't worry about the sight of 60s/ 70s tower blocks nearby, in Czech they're full of nice decent working people, not a ghetto...harder for Anglo-saxons to understand. Staff were friendly and spoke English. The breakfast was simple european spread but pleasant. The check-out time was 10am though which was a bit early for a weekend as I'd got in late on a night flight. All in all a good choice for the price and I got to Hurka tube station nearby from the airport in 30mins (take the 100 bus from the airport to Zlicin tube station and it's a few stops). You can get to the centre from here in 20 mins. Has a gym too but I didn't get to try it but looked well equipped.

The hotel was very clean and modern. The spa section was a little basic but very clean. One thing that was unexpected was the high quality of the food at the restaurant. We had our best meal in 17 days of vacation at the volcano restaurant. The location is far from ideal, 25 min in tube from old prague. You have to walk 10 min to get to the station. Other then that it was alright

No HBO, but owners and staff are WONDERFUL
We enjoyed our stay at Volcano Spa. It is a small complex of 2 stories. It serves as a wellness center (sauna and Jacuzzi), as well as a workout facility for people in Prague. The hotel is composed of approximately 15 rooms on the second floor. The restaurant is great! The spa treatment (message and hair) is fantastic! There were some minor issues on the first day (no coffee maker or HBO as advertised online). Of course the staff were amenable and offered us free coffee from the restaurant upon our request and gave us a voucher for a free dinner to make up for the all-czech TV programming. You must take a bus and a metro to get into the city. The travel time is approximately 25 mins. Remember to validate your metro ticket!
