I had a great experience at this hotel. Breakfast had an assortment of foods to choose from. There was a swimming pool and gym on the property. Access to beach and quick walk to town through back gates. The front receptionist Natacha was super helpful booking a taxi for a remote hike we wanted to do. Housekeeping was helpful supplying us with fresh towels when we asked. The only downfall I had was temperature control of room. At times slightly warm if coming in from walk. Other than that it was a fantastic stay!

This is an exceptional hotel. The staff is so helpful, warm and embracing and ensuring all your needs are met. The room is exquisitely directed with a spectacular view and a wonderful balcony to enjoy and take it all in. The bed is very comfortable and the amenities are perfect. The bathroom is spacious and also lovely soaps, shampoo etc The property is well maintained and spotless, inside and outside. The jacuzzi is so relaxing and the view is epic! Breakfast is incredible!! Such a fabulous selection of local fruits, fresh juices, cheeses and so much more!! Do yourself the treat to make your special stay on Terceira at this excellent hotel!
