Total falta de investimento para um bom recebimento dos hóspedes. A única coisa que traria algum ponto positivo, era a piscina. No mais, não...

• The room was filthy, with visible hair and handprints on surfaces.
• There was no carpet in the bathroom, which made it uncomfortable.
