"For about EUR 184 per night the hotel doesn‘t fulfill a middle class hotel standard at all. 2 lamps in the room were broken, the interior is very rudimentary, TV was blurry, whitrpool engine broken, dirty and ice cold. This is maximum a 2 star hotel. For that price, you get a good quality 4 star hotel in Rio with ocean view."

"the houses were looking lovely on the internet and the house itself was clean and well maintained but it is more a hotel of value of 200 /300 reales per night. no more. the bed was cheap and terrible. the sheets were as thin as they could possible be and we didn't feel comfortable when we entered the room and found blood spatters on the wall and curtains. this doesn't fill one with confidence "

"The location is fabulous. Directly on the main strip in front of the sea. Staff was helpful. After checking in the AC wouldn't turn on. Fixed that.. 2 hrs later it was still hot so a technician came and we went to dinner. Upon return at 1 am, it was cooler but not cold. So i let them know in the morning before heading out. When returned in the evening it was much cooler. The shower was not very clean..it had old stains. It was also very finicky.. usually scalding hot. I was on the 2nd floor......

"The room smelled really bad, like old and rancid. The bed sheets had a strong foul mothy smell like they haven’t been washed in months. The bathroom walls were dirty and stained. The balcony had no table or chairs. The tv is very small, very bad quality picture and no Netflix or cable. "

"We had a nice stay here. It was quite basic but the staff were pleasant, location was good, and breakfast was fine. The room did get quite hot so we had both the aircon and the fan on through the night, both of which were quite noisy. But we were perfectly happy here otherwise. "

Biscay- Beautiful House Facing the sea in a gated community with beach.

10/10 Excellent

"This place is incredible. Very spacious, well kept and maintained and the view is to die for. Waking up to the many species of birds calling against the crashing of the waves is something you don’t forget soon nor can you get enough of. We didn’t want for anything thanks to Jose and getting delicious food cooked by Maritza, who’s a complete sweetheart, just rounded everything off and was icing on the cake.Would love to come back here next time we visit. Saudades!"
