We enjoyed our stay overall but were disturbed by noises from 4am every morning (possibly because we were placed on the floor below the restaurant/entertainment area) and also construction noises from 8am every day of our 5 night stay. "The pousada was homey and comfortable. The colored bungalows made it feel a bit like a sleepaway camp and the home cooking made it feel like staying with a family. Great place if you're not looking for anything too upscale and are happy with mellow vibes. The grounds are beautifully kept and there's a nice, small pool. It's isolated on its' own more remote part of the island, but it's a short walk out to the dock to hop on a boat and explore the other wonders of Ilha Grande. "
