"This property was great for our uses. The whole family enjoyed all of the spaces especially the downstairs game/ arcade room. The kitchen was missing a couple of things that I needed to make some of the meals I had planned. However I was able to figure out a solution. Very close to the casino and stores in both Baraboo and Wis Dells. Even Madison is only a hour drive depending on where you are going. "The smell in the lobby after cleaning was nauseating and happened every other day. We were told told it was the cleaning fluid. Staff was excellent for breakfast and services. Good breakfast selection. A coin change machine was needed in the laundry machine. Overall a good stay."

"The room was very nice and made it a very comfortable stay. Our issues were more with the staff being disorganized and all giving different information. We asked when the pool was open, and they told us to scan the QR code to find out. It said 9-8pm on Sundays. (The night we were there) Come to find out the pool is ACTUALLY open until 9. So that was incorrect and the front desk didn’t seem to mind it. The next morning we went at 9am when it opened only to find the doors locked. Frustrated, we called the front desk and they said it opened at 10. WRONG AGAIN. So we go upstairs and ask the front desk in person, and they say it opens at 9. At this point I don’t think anyone actually knows. But thankfully the worker led us down and unlocked the doors. It was just frustrating not having any correct information, and not being able to rely on the workers to know either."

"I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The room was not clean when I arrived, and the toilet was absolutely disgusting. I also noticed that the wave pool was not working, which was one of the amenities I was looking forward to using. The food and beverage service was equally disappointing. I ordered a mojito, but what I received was basically a glass of water with a little rum in it. It was far from what I expected. I requested that my room be cleaned, but when I returned, it was still dirty. I had to call again before someone finally came and cleaned it properly. While they eventually addressed the issue, it should not have required multiple requests. The beds were extremely uncomfortable, the facilities are outdated, and overall the property does not meet the standards I expected. For comparison, I have stayed at the Great Wolf Lodge in Gurnee, near Chicago, and the difference is remarkable. That property provided a much better experience in terms of cleanliness, maintenance, and overall quality. Unfortunately, this location does not come close to the same standard. One more thing future guests should be aware of: the hotel charges an additional fee for parking. This was disappointing and is something travelers should keep in mind when considering the total cost of their stay. Unfortunately, this was a very poor experience, and I will not be staying here again."

"We were fortunate to have a room that overlooked the outdoor pool and was also a split room which worked out great! The outdoor pool was warm and the kids loved it. The whirlpool was under construction at the time which was a bummer. Staff was very nice. Parking had shaded spots that we appreciate during the warm weather. Definitely recommended for an affordable stay."
