When I visited Sewu Temple in Yogyakarta, Indonesia, in 2010 it reminded me a little bit about the temples of Angkor, but still quite different. Sewu temple is located in the vicinity of the more famous Prambanan temple. Both were severely damaged by an earthquake in 2006, but has been reconstructed as good as they possible, and they are a must see if ever on the Java island. #indonesia #java #temples
