"Clean, well thought out space. Loved the feel of it and the effort made to make guest feel comfortable. Personally rooms were a bit too small for me, if you have bigger luggage it’s hard to store. Beds also need privacy curtains. The beds weren’t as comfortable for me so I had to use the blanket as a cushion and pillow because pillows was wayyyy too flat. Loved that the team stopped in front of the building."

"I really enjoyed my stay here! The location is fantastic, right in the heart of Tallinn’s Old Town, so everything was within easy walking distance. I was especially impressed by how exceptionally clean everything was, and the staff were some of the friendliest I’ve met. They made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. It’s the kind of place that makes you want to come back. Highly recommended!"

"Perfect place"

Swissotel Tallinn

10/10 Excellent

"Remember to ask for the spa discount (if applicable); I learned about mine after I paid full price. Spa, Gym, pool, and Sauna facilities are excellent. The restaurant is very nice and located on the top floor; the ribeye was good, and the staff has room to improve their service readiness. The room was excellent, spacious, quiet, with a super comfortable bed and pillows. The very best part, IMHO, was the breakfast team and their food selection; it made my day, twice in a row. Personally speaking, the key is their leadership and a unique level of ownership, which makes them stand out. Outstandingly done for them!!"
