"I cannot say enough of the staff at Saem Siem Reap hotel. From the moment I arrived to when I left, the staff accommodate all my needs. Welcome drink and cold towel upon arrival, a plate of fruits awaiting me coming back from dinner first night, spotless roomand swimming pool, and delicious breakfast. On my last day in Siem Reap, I booked a sleeper bus to Phnom Penh so after checking out at noon, they held my bags while I went to the Angkor National Museum and dinner. Upon coming back, Mr Sopheap, the hotel manager, offered let me take a shower in their spa facility. What a thoughtful gesture! And they offered to let me use their business office with the AC on full blast until my bus leave which is at 10:30 pm. In addition they had a driver take me to the Giant Ibis, free of charge, which is only 500 meters away but still a great gesture. I have no doubt where I will stay the next time I am in Siem Reap."

"What a gem! If you want to be near the pub street, spa, 7-eleven and all then this is the place! Room is huge and clean, the pool is just lovely! Pub street is 2 mins walk away, the night market is 3-5 mins walk away, the Relax Spa (#1 spa in siem reap) is 5mins walk away! It is just the best location. Thank you to all the kind staff!
