"The staff sometimes seam rude but I can understand that the culture element has to do with the rudeness. But when answered or approached with the same approach they reacted aggressively. The hygiene in the breakfast was bad. The utensils were put upright. So anyone grabbing a fork or spoon would touch with their hands all the other utensils….. waiting for a coffee took for ever. Coffee Machines were not working."

"Very clean property ! I love the long pillows and comfy bed and having water in the lobby is really good . One thing I suggest is have a written instructions on how to handle and open / close and the big shower head . It’s confusing if there’s no process given Otherwise it’ was good !"

"It was close to the airport, free shuttle (need to schedule it in advance) they have drinking water in the lobby I love to have free water available , the breakfast was delicious (the best I had in Spain, I stayed in 3 different hotels and this was the best. The bar food and drinks were also conveniently and good. My only complaint is that you need to purchase a swimming cap to get in the pool for 3 euros, so if you have a family of 5 that is 15 euros on tops of what you already paid for the hotel and other city taxes . This is the reason they won’t get a whole 5 starts from me. If they are going to demand caps, then provide them or let customers know In advance so we can bring our own."

"The staff were good, nice w d helpful. But I mean on no way is this a 4-star property. The bed was hard as rocks, they did not provide wash clothes, they was rust around the shower faucet and a number of other things. The overall plus was that it was close to transportation to get to and from the city center easily."
