"Love the hotel. Breakfast and staff. Was an annoyed that we arrived hungry and one of the staff members recommended a place for lunch that cost us 153 euro. That’s very expensive for lunch anywhere in the world. Don’t ask hotel for restaurant recommendations. There are plenty of please to eat for 10 percent of that amount. "

"When we entered the room, there was an extremely strong and unpleasant odor. The smell was so severe that it was impossible for us to stay in the room. And the sofa for bed was too dirty even I didn't even want to sit down. Because of this issue, we had to leave immediately and book another hotel for the night. This caused us significant inconvenience and additional expense. We kindly request a full refund for this reservation. Please review this matter as soon as possible."
