"I can’t begin to describe how amazing this trip was. Cate was the most amazing host. She arranged so many events, dinners, transportation that made our trip seamless. Her sister was also very helpful. We did pizza making, florentine steak dinner, and pasta making which were all great. Valentina was our guide for pasta and pizza. "This property is located approx 5km from the beautiful town of Arezzo. There is a bus every hour, daily, from Tregozanno, where the property is actually located, to Arezzo. It is very rustic and in a beautiful setting. So relaxing. And, because it’s not right in town, the best of both worlds. There are no restaurants in Tregozanno but there is a great butcher and deli/mini market. There is also a pharmacy and bar! Maurizio, the owner lives next door and is the loveliest, most helpful human being...

"First of all this home is beautiful! Wonderfully furnished in every way. Kitchen is percecfly accommodating! But…the house is amazing for a large family vacation, business outings the way it is perfectly laid out to allow for privacy at night but wonderful gatherings at dinner and drinks and time together in the evenings! The hosts are amazing. Michael and Davita are amazing. You have to stay here to understand. Cheers!"

"I stayed a week with family here and the views are are absolutely gorgeous . The villa is on one acre right in Strada in Chianti . It’s very quiet and relaxing and close to everything we needed. Francesco is an amazing host and was so friendly and helpful for anything we needed treating us like family . "The villa is fine, albeit rustic, A/C does work well. Irene is the host and she is wonderful and very helpful. The most difficult aspect of the villa is access. For those who drive (and I think you must) once you leave the main road it is quite challenging. All in all a very nice place to stay and fairly advertised. It needs better signage for access."

"We had so much fun at this charming farmhouse villa! Our host/owner, Gianfranco, was so accommodating, and his response time was quick. He helped us find a driver for some trips that we did around Tuscany. He found us a wonderful chef that came to us twice for real Italian cooking classes. "Our second visit to Villa Maria with extended family was every bit as magical as the first. We enjoyed evening dinners on the veranda, lounging by the pool and visiting the Tuscan hill towns. "A clean campsite with nice amenities such as restaurant, market and swimming pool and a shuttle bus too. We stayed on a chalet with two private restrooms and has a complete working dining area. Unfortunately, the electricity went off during our stay but they were able to fixed the problem immediately. I definitely recommend this place."
