"Great location and friendly staff, the bed was comfy. The toilet was very slow filling when I flushed. There is an elevator which is a plus. I came during Ventura Fair. The parking lot was full I had to park outside which is fine there parking spots next to the hotel. There is. Jacuzzi on site not so great for a 6 year old. So we did not use. The continental breakfast was very basic don't expect anything better than the waffles . I did not appreciate some guest smoking Marijuana in their balcony. I think the property manager needs to police that. Overall it was good for Motel pretending to be Inn."

"Took my two teenage daughters on a last minute trip to Ojai Ranch and we had the best time. Only stayed 2 nights but found the perfect balance of fun and relaxation. The setting is gorgeous and the resort spread out, so you never feel like it's too crowded. There are plenty of activities to partake in, but some of the best times were spent riding bikes in to town, roasting s'mores on the lawn, and lounging by the pool. Food and amenities were top notch. The cafe has delicious coffee and treats and food that are easy to grab at any time. Staff was super friendly and accommodating, and we even got upgraded to a bigger room that was centrally located and perfect for us. Overall we cannot wait to come back!"

"Nice location close to the beach. Restaurants close to the hotel. Pool is nice and heated. My only concern was the parking. Valet is next to the hotel. Paid parking was at the park entrance about a half mile away from the hotel. You then drive to a structure that is not attached to the hotel but one building away from the it’s fine if you don’t have much luggage as it’s a short walk,however we ended up parking on the third level our second night there and the elevator does not work. Had I known, I’d have opted for valet on our first night. Not good for someone with bad knees. Structure is operated by the city. Lots of construction happening so the close driveway was blocked which is why you drive so far to enter. Had I known, I’d have stayed elsewhere. When it’s finished, I’m sure it will be fine."
