"Easy check in. Spacious driveway can hold 2-3 cars. Entry key was waiting for us in the lock box on front porch. The lawn/landscaping was lovely, with a loaded (with dry logs) fire pit in the back yard. A new stairway leads down to the beach! We got some GREAT photos of the sunrise from the beach!!! The home is modern and clean with 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The kitchen is fully stocked, including with an array of spices and coffee/tea and accoutrements. It is about a 40 minute drive to Acadia from here. Don’t forget to visit the very local Tidal Falls on your way to or from Acadia!"

If only renting unit 2, which is actually on floors 2 and 3 of the building there is a bedroom on the main level (level 2) but both baths are on level 3 which means whoever sleeps on the main floor of unit 2 must go up a flight of stairs at night to use the restroom. Not convenient for those with disability."
