The villa is located in Loire Atlantique on the Jade coast, opposite the Isle of Noirmoutier, in the typical and unspoiled village of Préfailles. Très bel endroit et maison

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour, dans une belle maison très bien équipée, à 2 pas de la mer, dans le petit village très joli de Prefailles, et avec des hôtes sympas et très disponibles. Nous reviendrons.

Vacances parfaites

La maison est très bien située et équipée de tout ce dont un vacancier peut avoir besoin. La piscine à 28C est un plus dont nous avons bien profité pendant cette semaine ensoleillée. La décoration est très sympa et nous nous sommes tout de suite sentis en vacances. Très sympa aussi l’appel de Fabienne pour prendre de nos nouvelles pendant le séjour. Très bon séjour!

Le prix n est pas justifie

Villa bien située, cependant le description sur le site, n est pas la réalité sur place, sauf pour la cuisine qui est flambante neuve. Plancha et barbecue en très mauvais état et sale. Vélos rouillés et inutilisables. Piscine et extérieurs sales. Pas de coussins sur le salon de jardin. Pourtant présents sur les photos. Pas de balai ni de serpillière. Le salon est très vétuste et n à pas de table de salon. Les normes de sécurité ne sont pas respectées. (Pas d accès au compteur électrique, pas d extincteur, douilles pendantes) On voit que c est une maison en travaux et non terminés. Aucun change pour les lits. Et aucun dessus de lit pourtant présent sur les photos. Pas de peignoir pour la piscine. Pas de friteuse pour manger des moules (a 100 mètres de la mer !!!), pas de pique à brochette... Frigidaire américain qui donne de l’eau et des glaçons jaunâtres. Un ménage en général pas approfondi. Balayette des toilettes très sales. Pas de container à poubelles. Dans l ensemble, nous sommes très déçus de cette prestation. Et là cerise sur le gâteau, c est d arrivée à 19 h le samedi et de devoir repartir le samedi à 9 heures. Le prix à la journée est donc très cher pour la prestation. Mieux vaut aller à l hôtel, car même avec le restaurant inclus, on n arrive pas à cette somme.
