At the foot of the slopes: a balcony with a view and a wood-burning stove

45 m² at the base of the slopes, mountain chalet atmosphere with a balcony overlooking the ski runs, a bedroom with a view of the valley, and a wood-burning stove. The apartment is located on the 4th floor (no lift) and overlooks the downhill ski area of Les Rousses. On-site, you’ll have access to the ESF (French Ski School), ski rentals, ski lifts, and ticket counters for lift passes, as well as restaurants and numerous hiking trails.
Layout, 45 m²:
The apartment is very welcoming and well-appointed. The space is bright thanks to its large picture window overlooking the children’s ski slopes. You can watch your children take their ski lessons while enjoying lunch on the balcony. Finally, the wood-burning stove adds a touch of comfort.
It features a separate bedroom with a 140x190 double bed overlooking the valley. The bathroom is adjacent to the bedroom and includes a nice shower and a washing machine.
The second sleeping area is in the living room, which features a 140x190 sofa bed.
The kitchen is well-equipped with an oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerators, raclette and fondue sets, a Nespresso coffee maker, and a kettle...
The apartment is furnished with a table and 4 chairs, a TV, and a wood-burning stove (please bring your own logs, kindling, and fire starters, available at all supermarkets in Les Rousses)
There is a locked ski storage room accessible on the ground floor of the building.
The bathroom is separate.
The apartment is located on the 4th floor; there is no lift.
Location:
- At the base of the Jouvencelles ski slopes
- 5 minutes from the centre of Les Rousses
- 10 minutes from Lake Les Rousses
- 30 minutes from Geneva
Parking:
You can park at the bottom of the building; parking is free and the lot is ploughed every morning.
A free ski bus runs at the bottom of the road to take you to the centre of Les Rousses and other ski resorts.
Linens are not provided; please remember to bring your own sheets, duvet covers, and towels.
Cleaning is available as an additional option for €25. If you do not choose the cleaning option, you must leave the accommodation completely clean and disinfected for the next guests; otherwise, you will be charged for these services.

Pets are not allowed.

Basic supplies: salt, pepper, oil, hand soap, dish soap, cleaning supplies, sponge, dishcloth, shower mat, kitchen towels, toilet paper, dishwasher tablets.
