"Used soap left in room for the second time different rooms and less than a week apart between visits. Makes you question the cleanliness of the rest of the place. Breakfast isnt breakfast really its coffee and oatmeal packets and if your early enough or catch them there are some granola bars."

"The room was very dirty, I had to ask to get it cleaned the following morning asking them to wash walls in the bathroom and clean the dirty floors. The tub would not drain and so all the dirt from my children's shower remained in the tub. There were cockroaches and ants all over in my room. There was no pool as mentioned in the amenities. The staff was nice but even after I mentioned these things they just said they were sorry. There also is no breakfast only packaged muffins. "

"The hotel was perfect. Small, so not over packed with people. Right next to the golf course if you’d like to golf. Cute sitting areas for everyone to sit and relax. The rooms were very spacious, and clean, and the front desk personnel was wonderful and easy to deal with."

"The price on breakfast is a little steep. $12 price is appropriate for a breakfast price. The staff is wonderful and the proximity to a park is a plus."

"What a wonderful stay we had at the casita. It is set up with a guest's every need in mind. The decor is cheerful and welcoming -the whole place is excellently appointed. The hosts were available for any questions or concerns and could not have been more helpful, yet they were not intrusive. The sunset views are stunning. We had an easy drive to anything we needed in town. There is no doubt that we will stay at this delightful place on our next visit to Rio. "

"Impeccably clean property with outstanding communication by the owner.mthe kids really enjoyed the pool while taking in the view of the Sandias. It's adjacent to Paseo Del Norte and Coors for easy access to major freeways (e.g. I-40). Well equipped kitchen and plenty of towels for the kids and pool time. Will return for future trips!!"

"Room windows were pretty dusty. The rest in the room was average in cleanses. They have just a ok continental breakfast with bad coffee and bad orange juice. I would not recommend anyone to go there unless it is just for a night. "
