This was a quaint little cottage very close to the Downtown area. Room was clean and pet friendly which was a big plus for us. The manager who contacted us was very friendly and helpful with our stay.

Love this place!!!

This was my 2nd stay and I'm looking forward to a third! It's a quaint getaway that is reminiscent of simpler times and is the perfect escape from city living. Wonderfully equipped and a very comfortable bed. Communication from management is excellent. I hope to move back to Prescott someday, but until then, Apple Creek Cottages is my special place!

Hidden gem!

Charming, cozy, quaint and quiet! Perfect simple home base for a weekend Prescott getaway. Less than two miles from downtown but feels far enough away to get a quiet good nights rest. Highly recommended!

Felt like we were camping, beautiful scenery. Room was comfortable had all of the amenities. My only issue was the bathroom mirror in our room was very odd, had a magnifier in the middle of it, could use a full length mirror. Also the window closures do not stay put when open, the panels sway open. Overall very quaint, would consider another stay.

I really liked the cottage. It was clean. I think. Couch as a little questionable and bedding might be questionable. I did not like that there was no office on site. I don’t rely on my email so I didn’t realize I had a welcome email outlining my stay. The grounds could be nice but are kinda crappy due to permanent residents. I do not feel very comfortable and I would have left after the first night. But I paid for two nights. Overall average and not worth what I paid for.

We liked the room; it was clean and comfortable. There's a nice kitchenette that would allow for an extended stay. To me the overall condition of the grounds was disappointing. It has such potential because there are many trees and a nice grassy area. But the flower beds are in disrepair, there is irrigation tubing that does not appear to be operational lying around. It just appeared to me that no one had really taken care of the exterior for quite some time. There are vertical posts (about 3 ft. high) which are supposed to mark the parking spaces. These are also in disrepair and only mess up your car doors when you try to open them. They serve no purpose, parking would be so much easier without them there. I don't mean to sound negative but it just seemed like the exterior did not convey a sense of pride in the property. It could be so nice with a little TLC.

Very quaint, rustic property. The cottages give you a feeling of being out in a cabin but are almost in the heart of Prescott historical district . We stayed in cottage #11. The cottages are old, but the cottage was maintained to keep that woodsy feel. There was a "wood" stove in the living room for chilly evenings and an air conditioner for the warm days. The kitchen was equipped with fridge, stove, coffee maker, pans, and tableware. I would suggest bringing paper towels as none were provided. The bathroom had been nicely remodeled and there was plenty of hot water for bath or shower. The bed was very comfortable and it was quiet at night. Very little road noise. There were several closets to keep belongings. A small, semi private patio leading out through a dutch door was a nice surprise. You could sit with your morning coffee while enjoying a fire in the small pit. The courtyard was well kept and pretty. There seemed to be a couple full time guests so expect to see personal items on a few door steps. The communication with the property was great. There is no manager on site, so check in information is sent when cottage is ready. We had several correspondence from property during our reservation booking and check in keeping us up to date with our stay. If you are looking for a 5 star accommodation, you might be disappointed. But if you want a cozy, out of town feel, I would recommend Apple Creek Cottages. We will definitely stay again.
