Wonderful Spot

This is a great little home! We really enjoyed our stay here —we had everything we needed, everything was new and comfortable, and the host was gracious and helpful. We would definitely stay here again when we are in Prescott.

Great little place!

Absolutely gorgeous little place, tastefully designed and thoughtfully appointed. The owners were very easy to communicate with and seemed to have thought of everything - we felt very welcomed and comfortable. The location is perfect too! Would love to stay again.

working vacation

It was quite and clean. We enjoyed the horse setting. Great place to unwind away from the hubbub, but close enough to the city, to enjoy what it has to offer. Definitely would stay again!

Wonderful stay

The property was really nice and being able to feed the horses and say hi to the chickens was super nice for the kids. Plus the girls that work with the horses were very friendly. 10/10 recommend

Quiet and Cozy

Charming cozy place that makes you feel like you are in the country instead of town. Nice quiet place to relax. Nicole was a great host. She was good at checking in and making sure you had everything you need.

Sunny side up!

Great Property. Very clean and updated. Communication with owner was easy, as was check-in. Keurig there for mri ing coffe to watch the sunrise. Even had freshest eggs we’ve ever had for breakfast. Definitely stay here again!

Horse Friendly!

We truly enjoyed bringing our horses and carts with us to Prescott. The accommodations are wonderful. A paddock for the horses with care and feed available and a beautifully renovated apartment home for us to relax in. Trails out back for hiking or riding. The hosts were also so attentive to our needs. Will definitely be back.

A little slice of Heaven!

We just loved our stay at this property! The unit was spacious, super clean and well stocked with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Bed and linens are top shelf, cooking utensils and basics are supplied, and the owners were helpful and so pleasant! We especially enjoyed the little front patio for morning coffee while watching and listening to the calming sounds of the birds and horses. We highly recommend this little property for 1 or 2 couples or a small family. We'll be back!

Great quiet horse property

The property was exactly as described. Horses and chickens on property with trails around back. Our son rode in the ACA Mountain bike race and it was a short drive to Pioneer Park and we could take the trails if we didn’t want to drive. The place was spotless and although the kitchen is small it is stocked with more than the usual kitchen amenities is a rental. Check in was a breeze and the host was very responsive. If it’s available we would love to come back next year!

Tranquility

“Bring your horse” is what caught my eye when we were looking for a quick getaway to Prescott. We don’t have a horse but we do have a dog so I thought this place would be perfect and it was. The house is very nice, quiet and cozy. Everything you needed was supplied. The property is beautiful and what fun to watch the horses from the front porch. The host was wonderful. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks so much for a nice getaway!

This hidden gem was perfect. Being able to be around horses was an added bonus. To add, it was a perfect location to Embry Riddle and just minutes to downtown.

We had a great stay at this cute home. Great location, close to everything Prescott has to offer, but enough out of the way that you feel far from the hustle and bustle. The home is super clean and decorated beautifully.
