The property was located on the edge of a beautiful view point to Thumb Butte. It quaint all in one, was amazing for us. A perfect spot to get out of the hussle and bustle. Quiet mornings and gorgeous evenings.

A freindly place in the in the sun

Hosts were outstanding and responsive in terms of making me feel at home and welcome. Views from the deck were wonderful. The neighborhood is excellent and the people I met on the street walking my dogs were friendly.

Amazing stay with amazing views!

This was the perfect staycation in Arizona, upon arrival we were greeted by a cozy large studio with a patio with views of a life time! The owners stopped by and made sure we were all set and gave us recommendations for food local! We enjoyed hiking and staying on the balcony during the mornings and hade an amazing experience! Would recommend to couples or small families!

Sweet studio with beautiful view!

Wonderful balcony with view lets you enjoy breakfasts while looking out at Thumb Butte! Evenings brought some wildlife and a gorgeous sunset! Location is close to town, hiking areas and parks. Nicely stocked and just a lovely place to get away and relax!

Relaxing Getaway with Great View

This studio in Prescott provided a relaxing, sunny getaway with beautiful scenery. The unit is located on top of a hill with great views from the back deck, in a quiet residential neighborhood. It is a short drive into town for restaurants and shopping. The one-room studio was tidy, and the hosts were very friendly and responsive and live in the home next door.

We loved staying at Julie and Parry's studio home! Absolutely gorgeous view, perfect accomodations for us two seniors. We had everything we needed and with a surprise snowfall, Parry was quick to plow so we could travel on. We would stay again in a heartbeat!

We had an amazing time at the studio! It was so homey and had everything we needed! I was in love with the unique windows and the view from the patio! We saw deer and a family of javelina.The WiFi was spotty like others mentioned but understandable with the location. But who needs WiFi with that patio! Our mom and dad getaway

My husband and I came to getaway for the weekend. It was our first time away from our son since he was born and it was so amazing to just be able to reconnect and relax in this adorable studio. Perry and his wife are so sweet. Perry brought their dogs over shortly after we got checked in to introduce himself and let us know they were there if we needed them. This studio was perfect for us. We saw some deer right off the balcony. So cute!

I absolutely loved staying in this little hideaway. It was perfect to escape the Phoenix heat and relax. The studio was more spacious than I anticipated. It’s a little guest house that is separate from the main house and very private. It has a beautiful balcony with a stunning view. I felt very safe walking around the neighborhood with my little pup. Even though it feels tucked away, it’s only about a 10-15 minute drive to downtown Prescott/Whiskey Row. I can’t say enough good things and I will definitely be back!

Sweet studio

The best time and stay at this location. My only concern was the couch. Futon was not as described, so it wasn’t a pull out bed. It was actually a leather reclining chair which was quite difficult to sleep in. Then when we went to put it down, the left side was broken and a bit challenging to close. The location was incredible. The gentleman who owned it came and introduced himself and said hello. And a lovely community would definitely recommend and return.
