"Zero went above and beyond. He was very helpful and professional. The house keeping was very polite, kind and attentive and the rooms were very clean. I wish there was a coffee shop but there was a machine to make your own in the lobby as well as in the rooms. Giordanos pizza was across the street a small walk away and so delicious and traditional deep dish and Stands donuts next door to that were a hit. The shuttle service was also very helpful to and from the airport and the train station was maybe half a mile walk away."

"The hotel is going through renovations. I would not stay there again until the renovations are done. The staff was terrific. They did their best to help where needed, but the hotel is overdue for its refresher."
