Located on the 1st floor, 75 m². 2 large rooms, each with 2 + 3 windows, parquet floor, a very large enclosed terrace (all windows are to open). On this closed terrace there is a dining area: corner bench, table and chairs. Designer toilet with large vanity, large fully equipped kitchen with 2 windows, designer shower with massage, beautiful anteroom, in front of the apartment a beautiful pergola with a bench to the garden.
