Apartment - Apartment in a prominent Wienerwald area, so-called Golden Ring around Vienna near the Wienerwaldsee. Located on the 1st floor, 70 m². 2 large rooms, parquet floor, a very large closed terrace (all windows are open). On this closed terrace is mini kitchen. Separate marble toilet. Designer marble bathroom with bidet and designer shower, a smaller open terrace. In front of the apartment a beautiful pergola with a bench to the garden.
Suitable for 7 persons.

A park-like garden with 100 years of antique linden and magnolia, as well as fir trees, wild grapes, flowers and ivy complement the garden with granite stone paved barbecue area.
Ideal infrastructure: Countless hotels, restaurants, schools, shops of all kinds, doctors, famous Sacre Coeur high school, etc ... in the immediate vicinity.
10 minutes walk to the Vienna Forest Lake. 5 minutes walk to the Strandbad Pressbaum. 3 minutes on foot to the regional train to Vienna. In 19 minutes at the Westbahnhof (U3 and U6) or in 12 minutes in Hütteldorf (U4).
