"Very central as I travel from the country per Vline..Front desk staff always pleasant and professional. I do have an issue from a few years ago regarding an item I know for a fact i left in the room but was never handed in .Anyway l have let it go.! Have stayed at the Atlantis often and intend to to continue to do so. Price of room reasonable also."

"Really nice, modern room in a good location (near to Southern Cross Station, where the Skybus to the Airport is). Spacious room (with a sitting area and kitchen). Bathroom was also nice with spacious shower. It was also nice to have a washer/dryer in our room for laundry. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Cleaning is only once every three days, and it is more of a mini-clean, but was fine for our stay. We stayed in a Meriton Suites in Sydney too, and this one in Melbourne was nicer. Would definitely stay here again."

"Stayed with a friend for 3 nights for a weekend afl footy trip. We were greeted by a cheerful, helpful reception staff member who remained on every night and greeted us each evening as we walked past. Morning staff were helpful with directions and breakfast buffet was the best I have experienced for some time. Room was clean, ok size for what we needed, bathroom was clean as well. Only 5 minutes walk to the mall, 20 mins to MCG and trams were only a block away. Restaurant and bar available. Very nice stay, the staff assisted with the 5 star review, always pleasant and helpful."
