A two-bedroom maisonette (80sqm), which was renovated in May 2018. It can host up to 7 guests and shares a garden. Α couple of minutes away on foot from Monolithi beach, the longest sandy beach in the EU, and 8 klm from Preveza. Restaurants with traditional seafood at walking distance. Excellent location to explore: Preveza,Parga,Syvota,Lefkas & Paxoi islands.
The apartment has:
- two spacious bedrooms with two double beds and a single bed,
- 2 big closets,
- one bathroom with shower
- a kitchen fully equipped (fridge, cooking stove and oven, coffee machine, toaster and french coffee machines, dishes, serving accessories etc)
- a bright living-room with 2 sofas (one of them transforms into a double bed),
- a large breakfast/dining table
- a washing machine and
- an office desk.
The whole house is available to guests. All necessary amenities are provided for guest's use:
