This is the first time we have stayed in this beautiful hotel. Our flight was canceled and we had picked this hotel, because it was only few minutes from the airport. We had other choices to pick from, but, we made the perfect choice. It is definitely a 5 star hotel. Everything was clean and comfortable. The pool was grand. Our room was big and bright. And customer service, Bamir and Jon were very friendly and helpful. Will definitely choose this hotel in the future.

This is a great hotel and very convenient to the Tirana Airport. It is a 5 Star hotel. If you have a car, the best hotel for the price.

I checked out at approx. 8:10 a.m. only to be told the next shuttle to the airport would be more than an hour wait. This seems poor planning not to have more frequent shuttle service during prime check-out times. I asked about walking to the airport and believed that I was told that was a viable 20 minute option. However, I was not told that most of that would require walking along the busy road (and not a separate walk path) serving the airport. It was a bit dangerous to do so.
