"Very kind (in person) reception by the owner, lot’s of recommendations for the surroundings which happily followed. Nice house with really everything you need, even basic supplies available. Of course not very modern (see fotos) but perfectly fitting to the natural environment.. Lake Bloke is small but nice for swimming, on weekends some more people are there but on weekdays you can enjoy the lake almost by yourself. Nice hiking possible directly in the area. "This house an its garden is the perfect place to relax and fill up batteries. Right at the river we enjoyed everyday swimming in the clear water. The owners are super friendly and spoilt us with selfmade schnaps and salami. We had a super nice summerweek here."

"PROS: Personable host, large bedrooms, comfortable beds, well-equipped kitchen/dining table, quiet rural location, outdoor seating areas, sauna available (didn't use it), good wi-fi. Not far from tourist attractions (caves, castles). CONS: 2 toilets located on 1st level & none on 2nd level where bedrooms are located (16 stairs to negotiate during the night!). "Sonja and Andrej are the amazing hosts. The house is so beautifully restored, and has everything you could need. A great location for visiting the Istrian Peninsula, and also seeing the sights of Slovenia. And don’t forget to look in the little gift shop for locally made quality items. Sehr nette Hausbesitzer die bei allen Fragen sehr schnell zur Seite stehen! Wir sind mit Freunden verreist, die dank der Einteilung einen Rückzugsort (2.Küche) und ein eigenes Badezimmer hatten. Wir waren Rundum zufrieden und empfehlen das Haus zu 100% weiter!"
