This is the upstairs unit of a house. I have a long-term quiet tenant in the basement. Stylish decor - stainless appliances, warm blue interior paint, laminate flooring, & full tile shower with glass surround. The yard is fully fenced with patio & lawn. Bring your motorcycles, bicycle, or running/hiking shoes because the backyard has direct access to trails. Attractions within 2 hours include: Moab, Goblin Valley, Arches & Nine Mile Canyon. High Speed wifi internet. Pet's are allowed with extra fee. Events and parties are not allowed be exception only - please message me before booking.

Sweet set up

I love that it was walking distance to the pool and town. Is a beautiful inside and out. My friends were very close by which made it all more convenient. I hope to stay here again soon.

Exactly what you want

My wife and I have two young kids and this worked so much better than a hotel. We especially loved the kitchen and bathroom as they were so clean. The process was easy, location was great, and we will definitely be back next time we are in the area!

Remodeled & Well appointed

Worked for me for my two-night stay. The owner must've had a sub-flooring issue in the entryway. Air purifier running / spongy floor / smelled like an old basement. Odor was isolated to the one location and didn't bother me while sleeping.

Relax on the deck!

Very clean, nicely decorated, quiet. Kitchen had everything we needed. Sat on the front deck and enjoyed the evening. Would stay again!

We came to Price for an unexpected last minute funeral. There were 3 of us that stayed there. Much better than the local hotels (I've stayed in a few of them previously), especially when needing to accomodate multiple suit cases and space to spread out and be somewhat alone. It wasn't our favorite kind of trip, but the Baby Blue Sky was the perfect option given our needs. We'd love to stay there again for a more leisurely visit next time.

Nice place. Old but nicely updated. Worth the price.

If you enjoy having a place we're you can cook your own meals over having to eat out since the hotel you are staying at only has a mini fridge and a microwave this is a great option. Definitely an older home but very nicely and recently remodeled. Clean house with good appliances and furniture.

This property was adequate for us to stay for the night. The pan options in the kitchen were extremely limited and there was a bit of a funk in the air--It may have been related to a shower leak, we weren't sure. The host was a pleasure to work with.
